Good job but need some corrections. In annex 2 it's regulations for the control of pollution by noxious liquid substance in bulk. And it came in force in year 1983.... And the name of annex 3,4,5,6 doesn't consist ' regulation for ' rather than it start directly from ' prevention'.
It's pretty god really your videos are useful for all merchant marines, i'd rather you will do a video with marpol 3,4,5,6, please.. actually, it will be useful for everyvody who follows you.
