What is the slick little mic you pulled out of your pocket for backup audio?! I need that!!

Believe it’s the Sony ICD-TX650. I use that recorder for backup for my wedding vows and toasts.

What really changed my mind the last month or so is realizing that most couples don't have a grandiose wedding at an awesome location. Most couples have normal weddings at normal locations. Also I've learned not to try to tell a story that's not there, but to let the story be told through the words spoken on the day, and to use music and visuals to match the energy and tone to bring life to the film, so that the film is true to the couple.

Love the vlog style! That's such a great way to show your personality to your audience 👌

You probably had to cull the list down to „only“ five really hard. If you „only“ made these 5, damn it, you are as good as I think you are!

I thought this would be just a "normal" vid with the regular things most photographers wish they learned sooner, but this was really something else. Some of these things are kinda dumb, but good things to say out loud.

I couldn’t agree more! I wasted so much time messing around instead of actually learning. Huge mistake! Such good advice.
