these colleges are relics of 20th century. nothing dreamy about them. fortunately, present central government is trying to modernize these dinosaur institutes and its soviet minded staffs and faculties. they didn't even have internet connection. now after the pandemic they installed wifi. there are no air conditioning in hot summers of bengaluru, not even IITs in hot bobay, delhi, madras. I think the new Jodhpur IIT has modern buildings and central weather control systems. And don't even dream about labs and class lectures. they are as old and useless as typewriter machines.

I think iitk has better idea.... you wouldn't find water on utensils as they are cleaned by clothes before offering to students.
