    CrossYoga is a movement. We offer beautiful retreats in Denmark and Malaga, Spain. We have Danish and English 100 and 200 hour yoga teacher trainings. CrossYoga is approved through Yoga Alliance. We have classes and workshops in Denmark, as well as internationally.
    CrossYoga is Christ Centered Yoga or 'Christian yoga'. We use different yoga styles. Everything from Flow / Vinyasa yoga, Hatha / Slow yoga, Yin yoga (many stretches), Power yoga, Yoga for teens (TeenYoga), Children's yoga, Chair yoga etc. CrossYoga does not promote any particular form of movement or yoga style, but the content communicated along the way is different from other yoga styles.
    You can benefit from CrossYoga also if you are new to yoga. Go for 'Slow Yoga' as this is easier.

      Skøøønt. Godt at høre - og ja, det er rigtig godt at styrke musklerne når man har hypermobile led!!!
