- AFRICA"S unknown gem which arguably is best after grand CANYON. The canyon is in the world's 2nd largest tropical forest in DRC after AMAZON tropical forest. Cruised through the amazing Canyon which is littered with dense forest in a chopper following a river cutting through big mountains.The waterfall in the canyon is breathtaking.#MyAfrica

what's crazy is seeing how large the Congo actually is when compared to your home country.. If you place the Congo above the USA.. it covers about 40% of it. Stretches from Miami past Chicago height wise, and from North Carolina to Texas width wise.

You might not get my point. My countrys government has cut down over 10 million hectares of pristine rainforest to plant rubber, coffee.. i dont want this rainforest to end up being like the ones in my country

@@osidcyo man.. you have Libreville is Gabon's capital, Brazzaville for Congo, yaounde for cameroon and malabo for guinea..you can have more informations with the citizens form those towns..to know where to go exactly in the country. Liberia is an Amazing country brother.

this forest in the Equateur province of the DRC is so isolated, you can sail for 3 days without seeing a house nor a person, just very tall trees and animals. it is the strangest place on earth.
Needs to be protected so that we can experience the real nature n jungle away from the urban noise pollution

I briefly experienced getting lost in some hills. It was a crazy experience. Walking and walking with no idea if I was going deeper in or getting out. Ridge after ridge just lead to another ridge. I would not even contemplate tackling a place like Congo without some serious preparation and technology back of. It is a massive country.
I can imagine how traumatic it was. Absolutely, you wouldn't do that in Congo because some these places are completely ISOLATED & ridiculously dense. From helicopter all you could see is TREE tops

It is called Bisie, in Eastern Congo. Nearest airport is in Goma.

If the people do not rise up it is going to be difficult for our future. Nichola sarkozi, while in function, said exactly this: Congo has to share his wealth with Rwanda. Mobutu was overtrown by the ouest using Rwandan army. Why? We are not our own enemies. I can tell you nowadays the majority of the kongolese people know the real problem, danger our mother land is facing. Our people in the Kivu, Bukavu are paying the ultimate price because of the minerals God gave us. All our neighbour, Rwanda and Uganda, are envious of our wealth. The colonialist power are attempting without success to break up our country. Be reassured the victory is in our side.

Eastern DRC. I flew through Kigali and used road to Goma or Bukavu. Then i used a helicopter to go to Bisie. Thus the name of the area.
