I've been thinking about getting back into running the game recently thanks to your youtube shorts but kinda lack the time / motivation. Corvo's strats improved a lot lately didn't they ? The outsider section blew my mind. I didn't even know you could skip past the heart and not pick it up. Is there any progress on the "how the strats evolved over the last years" video you talked about some time ago by the way ? Hats off for the recky ! Thanks for all the kind words! and yeah corvo recently has been craaaaaazy I'm doing a update for the corvo any% tutorial showing all the new setups etc. as soon as we hit sub 20 to help people with that too!. I am working (very slowly but working xD) on a world-record progression video for emily because historically it was the one that we kinda fought over more but I think we might need one for corvo too :)
Sadly game doesn't quite have the pull for him lol hahaaha, also thanks! we would definitely get the sub 20 before feb but I've been super addicted playing binding of isaac 50 hours per week now for couple weeks already >.
Congrats my man ! Awesome work. Question tho, why all of the sudden, Corvo's runs are faster the emily's ? It was always assumed that using Emily's far reach allows u to go faster ?
It was always about being able to do skips with emily that corvo couldn't, we found ways around this with corvo :). Also with Emily your indoor movement is horrible, blink (especially blink 2) is wayyyy faster in indoor areas!

does anyone know how they get such consistent framerates and mouse movement?, i cant find anything concrete online and my mouse is all over the place even when the framerate drops by a few fps it drives me nuts!
2400 hours! you learn to where the drops happen. The framerate affecting mouse movement TOTALLY SUCKS I get you, but like I've just learnt to compensate. I generally drop frames at the start of mission 2 at the docks, inside jindoshes mansion in m4 and everywhere in m5 so you just kinda learn the problematic spots.
TRUTH LUL it's always like this innit. The blink skips are super simple but finicky still - you have to hug the guard while they are under some animation, like pulling out their weapon and then blink so that your hitbox would go "through" the guard - if this is true then you will just appear at the end of the blink instantly, aka why it skips the barrier!
Lmao good foreshadowing at the start - happens. Sub 20 soon hopefully :)
