The longer the better!! If people have a problem with them being long then they can just watch it in sections, but I think the majority of people love the long videos no matter the video type.
I would love to have a podcast version. Because my little ADHD brain loves this, Something that I can turn on from Spotify would be my favorate thing to listen to on longer drives!!!

I love the 15-20 minute Face time with Emily!!! I would love to see them more frequently. I’d like to see 3-7 of them a week. They could be independent episodes or 2-4 parts. After I get in the habit of seeing more Emily, I will be able to commit to watching 40 -60 minutes videos. Those videos are good. I just don’t have the time to watch them most days.

I am really enjoying these FaceTimes but I think 20-30 minis a good about of time. I am so glad you did not wait a week to give us part 2 though. I was worried. Frequent FaceTimes at 15-30mins in length is my sweet spot.
I like the multi part idea, shorter videos are easier for me, personally. I find when they're too long i end up just having it on in the background cuz life and then I don't actually absorb anything or I shut it off and forget to come back. But that's just me lol
