Bellagio Fountains, Las Vegas Nevada - "Time to say goodbye" [in HD 1080p Stereo]

- While on holiday in America, staying at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, this was my first time seeing the dancing fountains and filming it. This was the very first song/show i got to see and was lucky enough to get a good spot to record right at the front in the middle. As one of the people watching with me said to me, (I think you can just hear him saying it at the start), this was a fantastic song to have for a first time experience of seeing these famous fountains in action. I still enjoy watching this all the time and i wanted to share the experience with others.
The HD recorder i was using did a great job with both the sound and lighting. The audio is great with the sound of the water and the song, Plus it looks fantastic with the contrasting lighting as the light show gets brighter the backdrop of the Bellagio shows the wonderful evening time when it was recorded. Filming it at the front i didn't get in everything on the far sides, but it is a much better quality view in High Definition of the main central show. I had only been using the Camera for a few days prior to recording this, and was still learning how best to use it.
EDIT Music is being played by the Bellagio Fountain sound system and all audio is recorded publicly live.
The Song is "ANDREA BOCELLI-SARAH BRIGHTMAN-TIME TO SAY GOODBYE", owned by EMI and i take no credit for this.
Watching it in person is nothing short of incredible
A few years back I took my parents to the US on a trip. On the first evening in Vegas and we went down there and this was the first song that came on for them. I had no idea it was one of their favourite tunes. A perfect coincidence that bought tears to their eyes. A favourite memory of mine.

My bro used to live in Vegas, so I would visit about every month. I've seen them over 100 times, and this song has always been my favorite when seeing the fountains, and I think it's because it's the song I heard when I first saw the fountains back in 2001.

I lived in Vegas for 5 years. This is literally the only thing I miss about it there. If I could watch this song and fountains in person every day, it would never get old.
I never get over Las Vegas. We used to go every year. Then my husband and I got children and stopped going to visit other places. I just got back after 10 years. It has really grown, so beautiful. First song we saw again, Andrea Bocelli. I never get enough of this place. We currently live in California (which I love), but if we ever have to move, it would be definitely Las Vegas.
It was 20 years ago that I visited Vegas with my husband. We both loved these fountains and watched them many times during our stay. Time to Say Goodbye was both our favourite and brought tears to my eyes everytime I watched it. Thank you for sharing your recording of this amazing song and especially being able to hear the sound of the fountains along with the music, that's what makes it extra special for me. I lost my husband 3 years ago so to be able to watch this again is very special for me.

Ever since I was a kid, my grandpa took me there frequently whenever he could. This song is my favorite to watch with him :D Best time to watch it live is during the night. Rlly beautiful to see if anyone stops by in Vegas💜 (He's still alive lol it just brings back good ol nostalgia to watch)
Saw this in person last year and it was incredible. It was also the very first song I saw performed at the fountains and it is by far the best.
I saw this in Vegas with my husband and we filmed it. I remember getting so emotional. I showed the video to my dad as he never went abroad, and it moved him too. He is not with my anymore and this will always remind me of how it made him and myself feel. Just beautiful!

I lived in Vegas for 6 years and found that posting up in that very spot, with a 12 pack of something, was a great way to meet people from all over the place! Makes me miss it so much!!

Seeing this makes me miss Vegas so much :( . I had such an incredible time last weekend. This one of the highlights of my trip. Seeing this on video is amazing, but let me tell you... Seeing it in person will take your breath away.
I've been there a few times and I think the bellagio fountains is my favorite part of vegas. I have stood there for such long periods of time watching, never getting enough. I always wait til I hear this song.

Ten years ago these were such **Happy Memories watching and listening to the same song at 2AM **the temperature was 98 we were burning hot but enjoying every moment on the strip, We were staying at the Circus Circus Hotel ! Ate at the buffet each evening then watched the free Circus , that was AWSOME - So tiring but so much enjoyment ⭐️

Bellagio fountains have such a special place in my heart... It reminds me of better times when i was kid... I was absolutely obsessed with the shows ... Everytime me and my mom drove out to Vegas to visit family.. ALWAYS made sure she'd take me to see at least 2 shows .. and this was my number one pick .. Andrea Bocelli ...my eyes would always light up and at about 13 yrs old i said when i get older i want to get proposed to here with this song... Never happened but its fun to think of now ..
Im only 29 but have always seen the Bellagio as the standard for Las Vegas. Now theres the Cosmo, Aria, Mandarin, bs, whatever. The Bellagio will always be the classiest hotel in Vegas.
The movement of the water streams in combination with this song "Time to say goodby" is for me so heart touching and beautiful that it borders on a religious experience. It makes me think of visiting Las Vegas just to see it. Something I never wanted before.
Actually brought tears to my eyes when I was there :)

I've been in Vegas a few times and saw the fountains show everytime I could, last time I called the hotel concierge to let me know at what time they would play "Time to say goodbye", it was my last night in Vegas.They played the song by the sunset... it was priceless, this song is strongly beautiful, it made me cry! Nice video!

I also saw the fountains on my first visit in 2011. The was also the song that was used. I was absolutely in love!! It was so beautiful. I had never seen anything like it before and have not seen anything like it again. I go to Vegas annually and I always go see the fountains. They are truly awesome but there was something about that very first time...

I saw this in person. It was outstanding.
I was in vegas in 2012. Stayed for 3 nights in Paris, right opposite Bellagio. Fountains show in person, well, I can't describe it
We stayed right next door at Bally's near Christmas and watched every fountain show including all the Christmas songs that are added. This one is our favorite and Handel's Messiah Hallelujah Chorus is next for us. The fountains give all it's got to hit climax during this one.

The Bellagio, not that I go there often, but the last couple of times that I was there they had something else than `Time to Say Goodbye` and the crowds prevented a good view.
Ever since I first saw this show, I always think of the Bellagio and this show as the center of Vegas.

superfast30 I just came home from Las Vegas! What a trip, it was amazing! Make sure to rent a car, not that expensive, and it makes it so much easier than traveling by taxi! We went to the Hoover dam and Grand Canyon with the car and drove around a lot in the city. So hot to walk, hehe!

I saw the Bellagio fountain show for the first time two weeks ago and wanted to share my video with my students when I returned to Japan. God I love Las Vegas. Going for my 5th vacation in January and yet I feel just as excited as if it were my first time, actually more excited! Bellagio is so classy, I spend a lot of my time there. Even between the shows, its just so relaxing to look over the lake and listen to the smooth tunes of their radio on the speakers.
what do you do there? just sit down and relax?
Pretty much. Usually with a milkshake in hand. It's a nice place to stop and see while you're strolling on the strip. The dancing fountains is the icing on the cake
Johnny Klebitz im in las vegas right now and after spending a night on the strip i want to get the hell out, downtown is made of money and is crowded as hell whereas few blocks from there (east, north east) people live in something looking very similar to slums. cant say i love the place
RPDBY im not sure where you were, but downtown and the blocks around it, is not the strip. The strip is everything from Mandalay Bay to the Stratosphere on Las Vegas Blvd. Every city has a low end neighborhood, but why spend all your focus there instead of the strip resorts and attractions? Las Vegas is a tourist destination with 40 million plus visitors a year, so the crowds are no surprise. Yes there are a lot of pricey, high end shops and restaurants, but there are plenty of cheap (yet decent) places where you can stay, eat, shop, as well. I'm not saying you have to like Vegas, but do some more research on the place and give it another shot. If you still dont like it, thats cool, its just not the place for you. No worries. :)
have been to vegas twice now, oct 2014 and may 2014. both times, watched the fountains at night. neat to see it around dusk like this vid shows. makes a bid difference. good song.

Notice how the darkness fall so quickly during this video which adds to the magic. If you enjoy this, search the Hallelujah Chorus, the fountains give it all they got for that one!

I bought the best i could at the time, about a week or so before we flew over to the USA. It is a SONY Handycam HDR-XR550 12 Megapixels. I got the model with the built in Hard Disk Drive. It also has Dolby 5.1 surround sound recording, GPS, Infrared night-vision recording.
Honestly, its still great to use, and i can't fault it. Even as my "go to" Digital stills camera, it takes photos amazing.
Great camera but the HD will crash if you switch the camera on at altitudes over 8,000ft.
