I’m my local guys unofficial brand ambassador. Once they taste the Gran Reserva Repo that is their go to Tequila sipper. Just got a hold, finally, of the Anejo and it’s sublime.
The first reposado talked about here is the only expression of El Tequileno I can get where I live and it quickly became my favourite Tequila. Because a strike among the state liquor store workers I can no longer find my favourite tequila. I hope it will be over soon. A couple of months ago I went to a friend's rather large birthday celebration and the two bottles of El Tequileno I brought made me new friends, instantly. The only thing more popular was some lovely mezcal brought by a Sombra distributor.
