- We started the cottage project but had another project that needed our attention so we took a couple days to fix the road with out sub compact tractor at our off grid property.

JAMI ... Bring back big clumps of the wild flowers ( dirt & roots ) & plant them around the Shop & Cottage in the flower beds ... they will naturally grow ...looks better & saves $

It’s a good thing you got that tractor and my old decrepit one. You’d still be working on that poor old thing trying to get it to run. Lol. A guy in Fairview bought it with intentions of rebuilding it.

I found it interesting to watch your roofing. We don't have anything like that here.
We have terracotta roof tiles, cement roof tiles or met ask sheeting. All different colours.

A friends cousin fell off their roof and suffered 9 broken ribs, a back fracture and a broken arm and lastly a brain bleed so do not take chances on roofs!!!

I think buttercup needs some decent grass and some bovine friends. She must be lonely on her own. Cows are herd animals.
She goes for walk on the lawn and helps me mow the grass 😊
So not happy you are letting Buttercup near the roofing material, nails and asphalt roofing tile not for consumption...how about a tarp at on the ground to get the crap up easier? Not too much to do something so simple.
