Your video was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! Much more so than any of the tutorials offered by Lashify. Probably because I can relate to the short sparse natural lashes. I will change my approach to applying my lashes!
I absolutely love Lashify. I’m Asian and one eye is round hooded and the other almond hooded! Could never use strip lashes because they are so heavy on my eyes and never sit right and I couldn’t stand to seeing duckbill lashes on people. I was mortified thinking about how people would see that on me! And lash extensions DESTROYED my lashes and thankfully I had just a bit enough left to stick the bond on!! And great video!! The most thorough information from a consumer user!!
OMG! Thank you! I"ve been using Lashify for 2 months now. I've gotten the hang of application and I'm fine with swapping them out every 3 days when they begin falling off. But, your video helped me so much! I LOVE the fluffies but took a break from them because the spine makes them hard to apply and if they are placed slightly close to the lash line they are uncomfortable. Using your tip to make them the 2nd layer is changing the game! Fell in love all over again! And your tip to apply the gloss on the wands makes so much sense! Thank you!!
I'm so glad I found your tutorial! My lashes are soooo sparse and tiny. Mascara is pretty much a waste of time for me, because my lashes are SO thin and short to even have it try to show up. I've been discouraged thinking that my lashes might have been too thin to try sticking lashes under to hang off them, but maybe I need to try it again. And with Lashify and not drugstore dupes this time.
Hi Cheryl, this was so helpful. I ordered the A control kit (doh!!) Haven't tried them on yet, because still watching lots of tutorials to get a feel. I have found most monolid Asian gals seem to like the Curl gossamers! Thank you for sharing your lash map, I know what I'm ordering next time - they look amazing on you!
Super video, my lashes are similar to yours and your handbag collection is beautiful too! At the very end you say something about fusing each day or night, I must have missed that during the video, would you mind telling me what you do between applications to keep them on?
Great tutorial! I have sparse lashes and tiny eyes, so most lashes look super heavy on me. Lashify is super good (the lift is unreal) but they're kind of pricy for daily wear so I reserve my starbursts on special occasions lol. You should try Lilac St!!! They're a great dupe.
Hi! Thank you so much! I just checked out the Lilac st lashes and I am so interested - the price is great! Thank you for telling me about them I’d never heard of them. I find that I can reuse my starbursts for several times though - I’m actually still using the ones from my first cartridge and it’s been two months and not one has disintegrated. What’s your experience with reusing them?
@@alovelymoment. They're reusable and work well with lash laundry. I used mine like 4x already, and they're still going strong, but for $4 a pack (on subscription) - I think I'm good using a fresh set after a few times. 😆 Love how they were founded by an Asian gal too!
So glad to come across your tutorial. Most are with people with "normal" lids. My lids are heavy and lay on the lash line. I was curious if these would work. I know that extension will not work due to the oils in my lids breaking down the adhesive. What other tips to you have for mono lids and Lashify? How do you care for them after application? Such as how to wash your face?
I've been watching lots of Lashify videos over the last couple weeks and wondering why my gossamers aren't lasting long. FINALLY, another Asian woman with the same kind of lashes. I find you the day after I order pre-cleanse, bondage and night bond (LOL). Good to know I'm on the right track though. Thank you SO much!
Ahhh this makes me SO happy and was the reason I made this video! Our lashes need some extra attention don’t they lol. Let me know how the bondage and other things work! I’m testing out a “dupe” of the gossamers from Lilac St lashes based on a comment from this video and I’m liking them so far, so I’d recommend checking those out as a more affordable alternative (I got mine off Amazon). I still use the precleanse, Bondage, night bond and glass, and the control wand from Lashify to apply those “dupe” lashes because I really do think those products are top notch. Hope to hear from you soon!
@@alovelymoment. I'll definitely check out Lilac St, just as soon as I get to making these last longer than one day without having to retouch or refuse! What I'm frustrated with atm is seeing some of my straight lashes not sticking to some of the gossamers after I've already fused. So on top of also ordering the precleanse/bondage/night bond, I ordered the Lashicurl with the hope that curling my lashes will make more of the natural lash stick to the gossamer --> longer lasting without touching up. Fingers crossed!
It’s better to support Lilac St than Lashify. The Lashify owner has behaved badly. Especially the way they treated Brittany Vasseur who’s a youtuber who supported them when they first started. Brittany Vasseur did nothing wrong and the owner threatened to sue her. Brittany was showing how she used Lashify and loved it; she always paid for them herself, no gifts to promote them, and then months later, Brittany did a video on less expensive alternatives from Amazon; she just showed different tweezers and how to cut lash bands, stuff that already existed on Amazon. The owner of Lashify contacted her to threaten her that she will sue her for promoting look false dupes and copies. She talked so badly about Brittany and her channel. Just ridiculous, those items have been on Amazon forever! Brittany never copied anything, just wanted to help her viewers because lashify is so expensive! Brittany was crying and so upset. She had given lashify so much free publicity, it’s unbelievable!
Thanks for showing your process for putting these on and also for cleaning them. I'm wondering if I can wear creamy eyeshadows such as a Mac paint pot or a Laura Mercier longwear shadow stick, or the super creamy Tom Ford pot? Or, will I need to switch to powder to keep the lashes on? Thank you!
Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for your support! Yes I definitely think you can wear creamy eyeshadows with lashify - in my experience any shadow you use regularly that works with your lids will behave the same way with these lashes!

it's so cool that you showed the actual lashes and the differences between them! thank you!!

Great video on the process. Great looking lashes as well.
I have asian eyes too. Great tutorial and I love your idea and method of cleaning and re-using.
I appreciate how you take the time to explain details that most people leave out. Smart 👍 Thank you 💕

@@violetviolet888 what wow😮😮
You did great thanks for reppin for the itty-bitty lash committee ❤😊
Great video! I love your eye makeup and would love to see a tutorial on how you do it. I have mono lids and they can be frustrating to do. Thanks!
Very good instructional video and the lashes look beautiful on you!
Can you make another video on how you apply makeup after you put the lashes on?

You are so cute with a beautiful smile & lashes! Loved it!
I feel the exact opposite about night bond and glass. I can’t go without night bond and glass gets “crusty” after day two on me. Weird
Love this!!! great video!
Great tips on applying & cleaning them!!
Thank you so much! I just ordered some Lilac St. lashes that are similar to gossamers but wayyy more affordable - stay tuned for a review!
New subbie here for you ❤😊
How long does it last?
They’re falling off by day 3 even with the additional bond? 😕
Maybe on the your next video you can do a more close up view. I felt like all i was looking at is your purse collection.
All this work and they only last 3 days ? Oh heck no
That’s an insane amount of work for only 3 days
Wayyyyy toooo slowwwww. Pick it up, girlllllll. 😢😢
