The way that Kavin called Kaning (Gorya’s friend) as “chipmunk” is mean little and sweet girl (in Thai). I think the translator want watcher to feel kind of lovely and little as chipmunk coz their different high of them.
Yes. Thai people call the girl “Tualek” mean she so tiny = little girl = want to foster girl.

Their kiss scene is so epic to this day i can't get over this craziness
I'm so surprised and pleased to see that they incorporate so many things from the original story especially about Thyme's character (Domyoji) he's acting like a boss at school but he's nothing like that in reality he's good at many things but also super dumb, like messing up the words and expressions was hilarious in the manga (and that's one of the many things that will make her see him as a normal dude), and his unrefined attitude with people he's close to he's such a brat (like in that airport scene lol) He can't really handle strong women (Mira, his sister, his mom, Gorya) it's really funny and soon he becomes quite cute...Also he has no experience in romance so his first kiss is actually a big deal XDD

Ren and Mira's relationship is a little different from close friends or siblings. I watched the other versions of the series so I know, but they didn't actually told what it is in this series and I don't know if they will, so I'm not gonna explain what it is since it might be a spoiler.
Fact: Thyme sister is Top5 miss universe 2017.
Mira is Ren's first love. She is a woman that Ren loves very much. If really based on the original manga, he loves gorya in a kind of merciful way, but in the end, the person he loves is still Mira's character. But I'm not sure in this version. maybe Ren will turn to love gorya like the other versions

The way you hate Thyme 😆, it means Bright portray Thyme really good 😂 but please don’t hate him too much, he just a boy who doesn’t know how to show his love and get much pressure from his mom. He just need Gorya, the woman he loves, to make him realize that he can be a good person
For Ren, Gorya is the 2nd option after Mira. But for Thyme, Gorya is the only one

I wish I could give this mother/son team a hug, they are soo awesome..... I have watched all the adaptations of the Meteor Garden/F4 series.... So far Thai version is really good, big advantage I feel is they have gone back to the Japanese roots!
The Male Lead has to go through an extreme transformation which I felt Jerry Yan (Taiwanese version) captured. Korean and Chinese 2018 versions broke that rule! This female Lead is gorgeous and adorable, she reminds me of the Korean Jandi which is my favourite.

I live in Spain far away from my mom and I would love to watch these series with her. F4 was the first Asian show that I have watched (the Korean version) almost 14 years ago. Why does he end up with Mira in the original story, if you say that his love for her is not what we assume.
He's liked the female lead for interest and he's been intrigued by her, but the only times he acts like a real human being and not a knight in shiny armor, are the times in which he's with Mira in all the versions. She humanizes him and makes all his true colors show and he should have stayed in France, instead of following a girl who's gonna stop liking him in a minute (also because he doesn't do anything but that, when instead Shizuka was the one telling him to focus on his dreams).
He might be nice with the female lead (when he's actually never honest or nice with himself), but the only times he shows some flaws, are the moments with the girl he loves (Mira, Shizuka or how she's called in the other versions).
