    Hi, I just got festool rts 400. Is it a lot of difference between serfprep?

      I don’t use festool sanders but surfprep does make interface pads for them. I have a lot of friends that love that sander.

      Thank you Eric,
      Just order Surfprep today.
      I’ll compare them.
      What I liked about surfprep that you can use different thickness of pads.
      Festool just got one size.
      Also looks like surfprep is not as loud.

      Where is it made USA or China?

      @@EweSlaw the control boards and parts are made in China and assembled in the US but don’t quote me on that

    I really wanted just someone to tell me (in under 40 minutes!), what the difference is between a pad saver/film combo and the interface pads and when to use each. I thought based on the title I would learn it finally after searching numerous videos, but nope. Heard about everything under the sun and yet it’s still not explicitly laid out. I’m more confused now than I was before starting this video!
    SurfPrep needs to work on their tutorials and education and I would give them 8 stars. Amazing product, but total crap follow through.

    But what about finishes that wanna corn on the sandpaper?

    • @ericreason6559
      @ericreason6559  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You mean ball up not familiar with the term corn.

      @@ericreason6559 lol, you have to get back on Woodweb where we speak the King's English. Corning, to corn, to corn up, and, as you say, to ball up, this is the lexicon of us who sand gummy finishes. It's the opposite of the sanding delight we call powdering.

    • @ericreason6559

      Yeah I gave up on woodweb long time ago.
