  • There are endless options when it comes to choosing the right SurfPrep Sanding System Kit. The most important questions are what size tool and if you are going to need an air or electric sander. We also offer vacuum options for every system kit available. Always keep in mind that air sanding system kits come with a 12' air hose and tool oil bottle (electric kits do not need either option). Every kit will also come with a Foam Variety Pack & Film Variety Pack as well as accessories. The SurfPrep Sanding System is AWFS' Visionary Award Winner in Product Innovation & Productivity in Sanding.
    We look forward to helping you with any sanding needs!

    It’s insane that for the price it doesn’t even come with a bag. I’m debating between this one and the Ekasand, which appears to be the same sander. It comes with more sanding pads and a bag.

    What do I need to make it work? A separate vacuum? Any thing else?

    I noticed the sander in the blue carry box is a reg plug in ...
    I searched for that ..ended up buying the compressor one ..
    The company I ordered from in the USA said you didn't make one ???
    So what's up with that do you think ..
    It took a month to get
    I had to pay another $100 for customs ..
    And it came with no instruction booklet either ..you should at least have one of those included ..
    Also the company I ordered from took 3 emails and two phone calls to get a tracking order number.
    They are representing surfprep in a terrible fashion !!!

    Ey brother what is the most aggressive grit sand paper that I can use with that sander

    • @SurfPrepSanding
      @SurfPrepSanding  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      We have a 5mm foam pad in 36 grit and our film is P80 grit. Our paper is P80 grit. All of these for the 3"x4" orbital sander

    • @SurfPrepSanding
      @SurfPrepSanding  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just as a reminder, the 3" x 4" orbital sander is a "sanding/finishing" tool and not designed for heavy downward pressure by an operator. Pressing down hard, driving the sandpaper into a substrate with any grit sheet will affect the life of the spindle bearings and pad supports. For heavy sanding or real aggresive stock removal one of SurfPrep's round, random orbital sanders is a better option.
