lol, Mr. Polo this isnt a kanye vid from 2005 lol. Step your game up and get a real watch, pls stop recommending cheap inferior knock offs from China..
John, to me, wearing higher quality clothes will help. Just going out in a pair of dress pants, instead of the usual jeans, works. Doesn't take much. Looks neat, sharper.
Believe it or not, I still wear a "nice" tie with a well fitting button down shirt at least 3 days during the week for my job. In the majority of cases I am the only one still doing this. I was even told that was considered: "overdressed😳". Great commentary as usual John😊❤🎉💯.
I enjoy the material side of this as much as anyone else here, whether it’s a pair of nice penny loafers or a new sportcoat… But I think deep down we all know what really matters, and that’s the quality of person you are intrinsically, and how you treat other people. These things will convey more about you than any superficial item ever could
@@matthewveth2030 considering I’m 45 years old, happily married and have a good, fulfilling career, I’m curious, young man - please tell me how the world works. Can’t wait to hear what I’ve been missing 😂
@@pensivepenguin3000Because people make immediate and long term judgements on appearance. Anyone that claims they don't are lying. We're visual beings. A man that's good deep down (and I agree that's a good thing) that presents himself well (doesn't have to be designer clothes) is going to face far less obstacles gaining positive attention and vibes versus the guy that's good deep down that doesn't take care of his appearance/grooming/hygiene/fitness etc. Thanks for calling me young man. I'm over 50. 😀
@@matthewveth2030 ha! You’re welcome. I don’t get called a young guy much either, these days. See, now that responses much more thoughtful and I completely agree with you. You came out of the gate a little hot with the “you don’t know how the world works” reply but I see where you’re coming from now 👍🏼
John, I can’t emphasize enough the positive impact you have had. You consistently provide a total package/comprehensive approach to looking and feeling our best and I look forward to all your videos. Thank you!
Another great video. I think you touched on the key point first; being a healthy weight when you're over 45 will put you in the top percentile of men. If you're actually fit/toned/athletic at that age, you're in a very small minority. It staggers me that so many guys don't make the connection that clothes look better, hang better, and feel better when you're in good shape. If you want to eat crap and be lardy, then that's up to you. But you can't then expect to feel good about yourself or look good if that's the way you go. Gentlemen, for those of you who are interested in what the ladies look for, they always always ALWAYS will notice your footwear within seconds of meeting you, and they WILL form an opinion based on what they see. Don't be that guy who wears running shoes with a shapeless blazer and baggy dad jeans. Women are way more detail-focused than we are, so you may wish to consider an accessory which illustrates your own attention to detail, ie a cravat, or a pocket square, or a tie pin. You may not think such trivialities will be noticed, but you couldn't be more wrong.
John, excellent content. What worked for me was really leveling up in how I dress. Absolutely, a huge game changer. Another thing, don't project anything you are not. You bring you, and do it with confidence.
Confidence is the most attractive thing anyone can have. When those who are posers are challenged, they reveal their insecurities. Women will ALWAYS challenge your balance, to see if you're for real. Clothes get you noticed, but it's your heart and mind real women fall in love with.
As a blind guy, I feel it would be disingenuous to get a regular watch since everyone would know I couldn’t actually read the thing lol. An Apple Watch would be good because, like the iPhone I’m using to interact in these comments and listen to the video, it has a built-in screen reader, but not my style. I actually discovered that Seiko makes a tactile watch, and from What I can gather from the description, it sounds pretty slick and traditional. May have finally found an option
Nice to know I’m not the only blind guy that watches this channel. I’ve tried an Apple Watch for almost a year - and decided it wasn’t for me for many reasons, so I went back to a proper watch. I have a citizen watch that is easy for me to see and read. I’ll never go back to an Apple Watch lol.
At least they aren't saying "that's fire" anymore. I'm older and I say dude and bro too much been trying to work on that. Stay lit bruh batman is hip af
The brand does reflect you. Dismissing this allows you to promote this product. I accept this and accept this. I buy watches I love, what I love may reflect the branding. Today I am wearing a forum, a sailing watch I love. Somedays a role but I can't afford the ones I want. Special is vacheron constentine just a great brand.
When people disrespect you, calmly tell them to F -off…expressionless (because they don’t deserve your expression).. and then walk away. Best to not make eye contact, they don’t deserve your eye contact. Got it?
High value = being articulate, having confidence, having achieved things in life (academic, sporting, professional), oh and wearing a nice watch (preferably an automatic). Great video John!
wrist watches, sport coats and fancy leather shoes are fun. We’re all here because we love that stuff. But ultimately, it’s really about the quality of human being you are, especially how you treat other people. caring about what you eat and wear make a big difference esp over a certain age.
Still in my mid 20's but I enjoyed watching this and I learnt a few things to incorporate into my own life.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you.
Good advice as always. High value men also do not let others treat them as door mats. One does not have to be cocky to be self assured and confident.
Love this! Sooo true!
Thanks John.

I little care and attention is no bad thing, don’t go to church scruffy, smelly and unkempt but remember you are already priceless!

Fulton and Roark and their wax/paste types; great way to carry and use.
I would also mention the language. I have some interns (25-30) working with me and I'm so f**** tired of listening "bro, no cap, rizz".

Good Afternoon from Belgium !!... Have A Nice Day !!!...
John, I know this video is sponsored by Aura, but put your Omega SMP back on!!!!!! (I won't tell!)
Ha! Thank you, but I sold it.
There is nothing to add to this. Especially the last point. Your inner circle.
Thanks for watching!
Greetings from Stockholm Sweden! Yeah they dress a lot better out here and us Americans stand out with our attire and we’re the fat ones. 😮
You forgot, fat and sloppy looking. Some Americans go out dressed as if they are going to a picnic in their own backyard!
Good grief do people really do this? The ONLY person I need to impress is ME, and God.
You can't impress God - he made the universe in 6 days. Trying to do so is sinfully vain. Shame on you!
Good grief! Do people really still believe in a god?! 🤦♂️ Say hi to Santa and the Tooth-fairy for me 🤣
Aura watches - better than Rolex?
Haha!
