To give an actual scale, this is roughly half a Tsar Bomba, the largest nuclear device ever detonated. The Tsar Bomba destroyed windows up to 900km away. Shockwaves were felt 692km away. That’s all I could really find, but I’d say it puts it into perspective with the positron video.

Positrons are basically positively charged particles. The 7.53e+29 is the scientific notation of 7.53 X 10²⁹ ( bacially a really large number ).
So the meme is that he is sending 7.53 X10²⁹ positrons. Which indicates lot of positivity.... I hope this helps.
