    Just got my game day pro insoles and I played with it on my Way of Wade 10 low but it doesn't feel right for me. I think WOW10's technology plus Gameday Pro insoles are bad combination / overkill or maybe it's just me..

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I agree with this, mainly because the WOW10 is already really snug so adding the Gameday Pro to it makes the fit too tight for me. Maybe if the default insole for the WOW10 was thicker it wouldn’t be an issue. So I don’t use the game day pros in my WOW10s and just stick with the factory in sole. This also applies to some other shoes like the Jordan 36 since that default insole was so thin to begin with

      Do you think I should still get the game day pro insoles for the wow 10

      Really glad you posted this. I just got the WOW 10 Low's and have been looking into these Game Day insoles to add to the WOW 10 Low's. I see that you tried the game day pro insole, but would the normal game day insole still cause the same issue and be overkill?

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I would say you would have the same issue because of the fit of the WOW10 being so snug. The Game Day and Game Day Pros have similar thickness. Personally I wouldn’t use either in the WOW10

      @raisethebarr, what insole would you recommend instead since I took out the factory insole already

    I was considering getting the wow 10's or getting the all city 11 and swapping the insoles with some gamedays, since the all city collection is quite flat compared to the wow 10's and won't offer as much arch support.
    Should I go with the same sizes both insole wise and shoe size? Or should I go half a size down in case to fit it in?

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  ปีที่แล้ว

      So I’ve tried the move in soles both game day and game day pro with the WOW10 and actually don’t really like it. Mainly because the default in sole is fairly thin and adding a move insole just makes the fit too tight imo. Haven’t tried it with the all city though so can speak on that. AC10 was fine for me with default insole but traction wasn’t good indoors

    • @NewKingsofTheRing
      @NewKingsofTheRing ปีที่แล้ว

      @raisethebarr ok cool. Makes sense, if I get the wow 10's I wont buy the game day insoles.
      But in case I do get them for the AC 11. Should I get the same insole size as the shoe size of the wades?

    Got this both, I like the regular rather than the pros, The pros is so stiff in my mid foot its so annoying so i returned them not all more expensive is more comfortable 😁

    Do you use removable insoles when you play?

    • @patrickgarcia4739
      @patrickgarcia4739 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Will have my first removable insoles from Move and I ordered the Game Day one :) I am curious how it will feel under my feet when I wear them and how my body would react after playing basketball or for casual use. Never had an after market insole or custom orthotics as I am experiencing hip pain like sciatica. Hope insoles will help reduce the pain with added daily stretches 😊

    Can i use the Game Day Pro in my Curry 10s and Freak 4s?

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yup should be able to! As long as the shoe doesn’t have a drop in midsole you should be good to go. One thing to keep in mind is that these are slightly thicker than most default insoles so it could make the fit slightly more snug

    Should we put these in before breaking in our volleyball shoes or after we break in our volleyball shoes?

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Personally I play in the default insole first to see how the shoe plays as is, then if I feel I would want more torsional rigidity and midfoot springiness then I’ll add it after. This can “backfire” if the default insole has a lot of glue but you can fix that with a hair dryer on low. If you don’t plan on using the move insole on multiple pairs of shoes then putting them in first doesn’t hurt either. I say that because of the glue issue as well.

      Really depends on the default insole the original shoe comes with but in general I would say no.

    Hi man,
    Planning to try this but it's quite expensive. My shoes are sizes 8 or 8.5, do you think i can buy the size 8 and use it as well for my 8.5? Or do i need to buy 2 pairs? Appreciate your response man.

    • @raisethebarr
      @raisethebarr  ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t tried this myself but they fit really well and true to size so an 8 in an 8.5 shoe, you’ll probably feel a gap around the insole and an 8.5 in an 8 shoe will likely feel tight.

      Yes it will. I wear a size 8 normally. But i wear a size 9 in nikes because of how the sizing is. It still will fit in your shoes. I bought two of the same ones just one is a size 9 and the other is a size 8. Some people may be different. But whatever shoe size you wear and have should do the job.

    Tried the Game Day Pros for this first time, and my feet where completely sore for the next 2 days. I was wondering if this means i shouldn't use them anymore or would i be able to get used to the stiffness of the shoe. What do you think?

    whats better game day or game day pro. I play basketball everyday sometimes have team training for 2 hours. My feet would hurt even after only running for 5 minutes. and after playing my heel would hurt. which one would be better for me?

    • @raisethebarr

      If that’s the case I’d probably go with the Game Day for more cushion!
