the thing that i really loved about this video is the dynamic between them and the fact that they genuinely look like they’re just having fun. they’re singing like that but they’re not even trying like they’re being silly and everything. they’re so so so talented and i missed them sm
They all sound amazing!! But this totally showcased how freaking awesome Xiumin is and how important his vocals & harmonies are to exo.
And now i will wait patiently for a Killing Voice part 2...
Thats what i love so much about EXO (and most SM groups): they have amazing "sub"vocalists, that support the harmonies and are awesome singers themselves. Their choruses never sound empty like many other groups when only one singer after another is singing a line by themself.

It's high time people stop sleeping on Xiumin vocals. Suho and Xiumin vocals is seriously so underrated.
They are really impressive mostly Xiumin, about suho I think he needs to develop a lot of things technically as he mostly prefer falsettos rather than chesty mix or sheer mix range elsewhere Xiumin likes to reach that level of harmonization by making his voice bend in different ways at once which is literally very impressive according to me

I read that Xiumin once said that EXO's competition is EXO from previous year. This is true. Currently EXO's Cream Soda video's competition is with EXO's Killing Voice LIVE performance video!😄LOVE this comeback. First CB was DFTF which is very special. But this is my first EXO group comeback with all the promo. Even I felt deprived as a baby EXOL since DFTF time so can't imagine how deprived the other Eris (who loved EXO since their debut) must've felt! SO SO SO happy for our boys. May they shine brighter & brighter and continue to grow as artists (amen)🌹

What is really great about this is seeing their improvement. When they first sang these songs, to now, you can HEAR their undeniable AMAZING abilities, their dedication and achievements through the years. This is probably going to sound stupid but my God did Chen impress me!! If it was even remotely possible he got so soooo much better controlling his upper register especially at belting those high notes, something I’ve never been particularly a fan of but wow did this video change that for me. Also Xiumin!? His voice gets heavily lost in their productions but what an incredible vocalist. I’m shocked!
