Hello, I have a doubt, after fragmentation of mRNA, it will be broken into small pieces, and this Poly A Tail also goes with one of the fragments , then how each fragment gets this A tail for using the oligo dT Primer ?? Please reply ?
Hi Seba, it's a good question, at about 22 minutes I mention the use of random primers..so these are used for creating cDNAs from mRNAs that do not have a poly A tail. Hope this clears ur doubt. Happy learning! 😊
AFTER WATCHING 21 VIDEOS FOUND THIS WELL EXPLAINED AND UNDERSTANDABLE VIDEO. YOU GOT A NEW SUBSCRIBER.
Thank you so much Moin Qureshi 😊 happy that it helped.

why am I watching this instead of learning for cell biology
Can it is possible to regenerate tooth. By RNA sequencing
Mam can you tell me good book for dna sequencing part for self learning
Hi Shivam Yadav, I have found mostly good websites as resources. But if I do find any textbooks I will put it up here.
