My VAWA was approved on November 2021 and the finger print was applied on the i485 in February 2022 . since then upto now no more update nor approval of i485. when can I call please?

Can you file for vawa after got divorced in September 2020 and what's the other options for abusing marriage for 6yrs?
If you have divorced in sept 2020, you had to file for VAWA before sept 2022. It is a delay of 2 years after the divorce. I think it is too late

This is why I just waited out the regular process and got jobs far away from ‘home’. The VAWA felt like it was going to be a longer sentence for me.
Call USCIS daily to check and get an update and ask if you can re apply since you’re suspending that your application got forgotten or something
