Yeah, i also noticed this while playing the game and was very confused to see Nissan Bluebird with a bunch of hieroglyphs like it was one of the chinese cars
Probably one of the best car line up ever in racing games , I mean most of the cars are like daily used cars and Owned by most people , I wish they remake this game one day
Well, most of the details on these cars are only textures. I make 3d models, and a essential thing in 3d modelling is use good textures, it makes a great difference. You can make the most detailed model, but with bad textures, it's going to look bad. And also the proportions of the cars are spot on, so that's why they look good, altough they probably have around 5000 polys per car.
PS2 GTs have 3d rims in showroom only. Anyway, is a detail that... usually wheels spin in a racing game, I find worse that there's no cockpit view in GT4. And is totally untrue that we used to play in 3rd person view. I don't know who affirmed differently, sims and games that pretend to be so have been always played in first person view. Another historical note: Enthusia was released the same year of Forza motorsport, and two years later was the time of Fm2, we had to wait 2010 to play GT5 for PS3 or Fm3 for X360, but many people was still playing at GT4, and sales datas effectively show that have been built more PS2 than PS3
@@wildannandawicaksana5004 yep. Ren Hazuki, Ayumu Uehara, Shioriko Mifune (Ayumu's closest friend) and Setsuna Yuki all also love this Enthusia game. Enthusia for me is such a rare racing game gem.
I can't believe I'm only now finding out about the greatest car selection in any game. I'm so pandered to with all these ordinary cars, I need to get a copy of this game!
@@denamaharani6479 on the upside, considering that it was a one-n-done game, someone could probably buy the enthusia license off of Konomi for very little (by AAA game standards) and do a remake/reboot of it! Always a possibility!
Even though Enthusia Professional Racing only has half of the cars from Gran Turismo 7, those cars in this game is insanely amazing and fully detailed!
I think this is the only game I've played where they had a Cadillac Seville included as a drivable car..... I like games that include regular cars like that.
The even had the Cadillac Seville STS, Chevy Astro Van, and Saab 9-5. I love it. Cars that are so normal that even in real life, no one turns into tuners.
I like how the ‘Japan Specification’ message appears above the car selection when you look at a Japanese make of vehicles, such as Honda ☺️👍 You don’t see that on race cars, though
I find the car selection way more diverse than GT4. Also i did not know Nissan made a car which translates to "booger" in Spanish. Interesting. Also i like how my car is in this game (G35 Sedan)
This game models were very good, if only it would have had some better tuning stuff an a good career mode it could have taken GT4 away easily despite how muh I love that, this game driving with a wheel was other world.

Enthusia’s car models are far better than Gran Turismo 4. However, GT4 has WAYYYYY more content.
