ചൈനയുടെ മനുഷ്യാവകാശ ധ്വംസനങ്ങളുടെ കണക്കെടുത്താൽ രണ്ട് എപ്പിസോട് നിർത്താതെ പറഞ്ഞാലും തീരില്ല. ഇവിടെ പല പ്രതികരണങ്ങളിലും കാണുന്ന "തൃപ്തരായ ജനത" എന്നത് Han Chinese Culture ന്റേത് മാത്രമാണ്. അതിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് ഈ പറയുന്ന "സന്തോഷം" എന്ന സാധ്യത പോലും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നില്ല.
1.Uyghur വിഷയം തീവ്രവാദവും വിഘടന വാദവുമാണ്. ഉയ്ഗൂർ മുസ്ലിംങ്ങൾക്ക് ചൈനയുടെ ഷിൻ ജിയാങ്ങ് പ്രവിശ്യ ഈസ്റ്റ് തുർക്കിസ്ഥാൻ എന്ന രാജ്യമാക്കി മാറ്റണം എന്ന ആവശ്യമാണ് പ്രധാന പ്രശ്നം.
2. ചൈനയിലെ അവസാന രാജവംശമായ Quing രാജവംശ ഞാന്റെ കാലം (1630 മുതൽ ) ടിബറ്റ് മെയിൻലാന്റ് ചൈനയുടെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു. 1913 ൽ ഷിൻഹായ് വിപ്ലവത്തിനു ശേഷം വിഘടന വാദികളാണ് ടിബറ്റ് സ്വതന്ത്ര രാജ്യമാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പ്രഖ്യാപനം നടത്തിയത്.
3. തായ്വാൻ ദ്വീപ് പണ്ട് ഫോർമോസ എന്ന പേരിൽ Quing രാജഭരണത്തിന് കീഴിലായിരുന്നു. ജപ്പാന്റെ ചൈന ആക്രമണത്തിനു ശേഷം (1895) ൽ തായ്വാൻ ജപ്പാനുമായി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്.
3. ഒന്നാം ഓപ്പിയം യുദ്ധത്തിന് ശേഷം (1841 ) ബ്രീട്ടീഷുകാൾ പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത് കോളനി ആക്കിയ ചൈനയുടെ പ്രദേശമാണ് ഹോങ്ങ്കോങ് 1997 ൽ ബ്രിട്ടൻ തിരിച്ചു ചൈനക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടും ഒരു കൂട്ടർ സ്വതന്ത്ര രാജ്യം ആക്കണം എന്ന് വാദിക്കുന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. ബംഗാൾ വിഭജനം പോലെ ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാർ പാകിയ വിത്താണ് ഹോങ്ങ് പ്രശ്നത്തിന് കാരണം
