Morning Malcolm glad the frost didn’t damage anything. Woo hoo 🎉🥳 run free ladies 😂😂. It’s just a given isn’t it sunshine and a bit of rain the weeds and the grass just run rampant. Hope everyone is doing well and have a great week 🐝 safe
Always fun to watch your carpentry skills in action. And your hens are absolute stunners. I take it the treatment you put in the nesting area worked, because their feathers all look very healthy.
Hi Malc, great video. Lovely to see the chicken finally allowed back out. Phew what a relief your tomatoes are ok after the frost. Thank you for sharing.
Your garden is impressive. Thank you for sharing it with us. I also garden and make garden videos. It’s a lot of work. I appreciate the tips, tricks and inspiration your videos provide. I hope that we can not learn from each other as we grow!
Hi Malcom it does be so nice to see the fouls being so free and every thing is looking good I did cover the cabbage but maybe it was too late, they were under the leaves and you no how you have to search for them, they must have been in already and had a good feast on them (thanks so much)
Sorry about the frost but at least none of your plants where hit, I do like the way you made that chicken door and it's great being able to let your girls out, and as you say Good times.
We seem to be frost free here now. Tomatoes are all planted and looking good. French beans also ok, however, we are getting a significant amount of damage from the blackbirds this year. Lovely job on the hens door, I love upcycling :)
Hi Malc Great run for your little girls but I noticed that if you changed the way the door opens to their pen then when you open the door it would block the path and save cutting into the mesh, good times👍
Another fine video. Bindweed, ugh, everyone has it but I can't understand why it doesn't take over the world. I must admit I don't mind using the glyphosate now and then. I really liked your bit of woodwork and I especially like the music when you speed up, I feel so relaxed it almost sends me to sleep, what's it called.
Night frosts in May are often only for the coolest part of the night...about a couple of hours around dawn. It's not usually like January, when frosts can start at sunset and go on for over 12 hours. How high up are you Malcolm?
At last the chickens are free, u made a nice little run for them to. Bet there glad to get out lol
Hi Mark, they love being out for sure…..take care Malc

Lol, the chicken grain just flew through the air independently! Very functional for chickens to exit and return. Enjoy and learn from your videos.
