Sorry for any frustration over the written folding instructions. Originally, the instructions were very detailed (in paragraph form) with a few pictures. Overwhelming requests were made to reduce the words and increase the pictures. We made the adjustment and added the videos. The response was tremendous from all around North America. Ideally, we can keep the folding instructions to one page but still include adequate views to cover each step in the process along with matching text. We'll continue to work on it for improvements. Thanks for your input.
Can someone contact me regarding my dome 609-841-0569 or colleen.serio@rve.com. The first one we had arrived with a tear in the mesh. This one we used twice and the plastic wire broke and now it won't fold. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
This really saved me. There was no way I was going to figure it out from the picture instructions included with the dome. Thank you.

My tent still doesn’t fit in the original bag and won’t close small enough to do so this did not help me
