Zachlam Tager is not as bad as I thought it's going to be, the main issue is very low ammo count. Also machine gun would be nice to have...

@@DOLLARplays also I play on minimum client,lowest graphics settings possible (including in game and launcher),and on 1024 × 768 resolution and I get just about 30 to 40 fps on my laptop

(Side note that I play arcade battles and this is the reason I don't play realistic or simulator)
As someone who can't afford a good graphics card and is forced to play always like this (except resolution and antialiasing), I'm honoured to have you experience and to showcase this realm of flat surfaces and pixelates textures to the masses. It's impressive however, that the game still looks good while allowing low end players like me around +30 fps. One thing I can't complain about Gaijin. My regards from Argentina o7

This remembers me of my first PC. It was so bad to play games like this on low graphics but I got used to it. Nowdays I don't have to suffer anymore. Everything runs on max settings lol.

This is me right now, I’m too broke to afford a pc so I’m using my crappy laptop at minimum graphics, at first it looked terrible, but now I realise it has benefits:

Smooth gameplay.

@@LecAviation that's some of the benefits. You get to play better too, that's how I manage to overcome other people. Just be humble with your low budget pc, someday you will be able to afford a better one :)

Played on lowest possible without ULQ for years, month ago finally finished my new pc, enjoying my "movie" graphics.

I agree with your assessment: playing on custom settings with most things low except anti-aliasing and resolution was an advantage, but when playing at low resolution it's hard to spot enemies at a distance.

i was playing the tager at 8.0 yesterday during the 8th star for the event and ive actually got a good way into spading it, its map dependant of course with those missiles you cant get too close or theyll just machine gun you to death but the fact its got scouting makes it that much more playable for me

This thing is pretty good because there aren't many things that carry missiles at this BR, so nobody react to the sound of missile flying towards them.
And also that dolphin sfx is a plus 👌
I started War Thunder with my school laptop in lowest possible settings in 720P, 20FPS and now i have a RTX 4070 Super, max settings, 1440p and 140FPS 👍🏻

And, as a video idea(please don't see my question as "trying to harbor good will", its just bad timing i got this idea now 👉👈) , what do you think of "unusual grind lineups"? I'm sure everyone in their grind must have gotten some unusual layout, either the ELC I told you which I brought to 6.7 or someone bringing the BT-7 F-32 until 5.3 before they get the PT-76B(or maybe keep doing it despite that!), so just choose community suggested lineups that they used or are using so you can both help them develop new strategies and also have some laughs as you improvise with what other people do. I think this would be very nice way of offering help to others, especially learning players, since you can show them hands on what someone more experienced could do. I feel you're not so skilled it looks easy but actually hard to do, but also skilled enough you can give solid advice and experience.

edit: it'd be disrespectful to not speak of the video, so, when I first started WT I ran everything on ultra low quality, so much so that to this day I don't run things with max graphics despite having a 3050 on my laptop amongst other goodies. For the majority of my life I used laptops that hardly ran anything and WT ran at a solid 20-30 FPS on ULQ, but not even I ran whatever you had at the end, geez, the snail seems to be doing its best to curse even low end gamers

I've started playing in ultra low graphics 2 weeks ago, and it's a pretty good way to spot more tanks in RB :3
I'm still very bad at the game, but now i can see enemy tanks before they shot me ^^
You always make ground battles seem fun but when me the noob tries to play ground for once i just wanna sit in a corner and cry and then return to my birdies xD

would be Absolutely MAGNIFICENT to the Dollar play T-34-57 to see him feel the "slight" pain, since it gets uptiered to 5.0 or even 5.7
As someone over the age of 30 those low graphic setting bring me back to alot of a fun classic games. 👍
SSAA is probably the best anti-aliasing available outside of AI anti-aliasing like DLSS. It works wonders at lower resolutions like 1080p, not so much at 4k. And when you play at 4k, the game is actually rendering at 4x that, so 16k. Thats why it kills your FPS with minimal gain.
when you activated beat mode, "enough messing around, time to carry the team and almost single handedly change a massive loss into a win"

I remember when i played on old potato samsung laptop on lowest posible graphics hawing 40fps at max after nearly 2 years playing like that (mostly war thunder) in like 2020 i buyed mi first gaming pc for around 4000 euro’s, i still remember how hard it was at the begining for me to play with around 200 fps on highest settings, like mi eyes wasnt ready for that high jump (in graphics etc) it tok me like a month to be good at this game again.

Hi Dollarplays, i have an idea
How about combining everything with everything in the next video. You start with low graphics and all the settings, and you can turn them on when you kill someone (only land vehicles). If you die, you get a setting back AND you have to go with the vehicle that shot you. WITH THE SAME VEHICLE! Not one rank above or below. If a plane kills you, of course it doesn't matter in the sense that you don't have to go with it in the next round :D But you have to take the graphics setting back by one.
One more idea just to make it more complicated. If you are killed by a land vehicle, you must go with the next vehicle on the development branch of that vehicle, if you are killed by an aircraft, you must go with a lower land vehicle that is on the same development branch as the one you just died with.
I switch to ULQ when I check out replays of auspicious players, these days. So happy to be able to leave that mode behind, and I have only a cheap used old 1050 mobile laptop for it.

The final settings u had is what i play on but with old card graphics on and 1360 resolution with 20 fps max at loading screens
Using minimal graphics on the highest available options is still so good
I was playing WT in ultralow graphics on my old laptop for 4 years. Now I have good PC and play with ultrahigh... Yeah, that's a massive difference

i play all time in Ultra Low Quality (its the setting of Old video cards support) and always played like that bc i have a bad laptop for play it, but here we are, and i enjoy the game sometimes ngl
@DOLLARplays I had to stop playing WT as the upgrades unables my laptop to play. I had on the minimum 11-12 frames in air, on ground i had 8FPS... Beat that, still love the game.
SSAA is really great for screenshot in Air Realistic where there are more simplistic shapes and straight line bc most of the time all you see is your plane against a background. SSAA really helps clean up aliasing in a massive way. It is bad for actual gameplay tho even with my 7900XTX
