    Okay, since I'm Ill and won't be able to push it, I have a story for you all. Allow me to share.
    I've always been the person who was extremely concious of her arms. I used to br obese and most of it was in my upper arms and upper body. As a result, I barely ever wore anything sleeveless.( I'm 20, the last time I wore a sleeveless was in 6th grade) . But after I lost the excess weight (25kgs) and began weight lifting (around summer of 2019 ) I began noticing subtle changes.
    Fast forward to today, it's 5:07 am, I woke up, I was wearing a tank top and suddenly my eyes went to the mirror in the room. I finally saw the changes, my bicep and shoulders you guys!! They were so defined and muscular and just the way I've wanted them to be!! They looked strong!! I stood there in awe, finally dawning on the realization that I love myself ❤.
    The story is nothing phenomenal or groundbreaking. It's mundane but it brought me great joy in the time of sickness (I have the virus) and I couldn't stop myself from sharing.

    i just love how real Caroline is. her workouts are absolutely killer and she even struggles while doing them. when i watch other fitness people, they create workouts and when they do them, sometimes they aren't even breaking a sweat. but with Caroline, she's sweating and dying with us. i feel so connected with her whenever i do these workouts

    Hi everyone...somehow when Caroline chooses only 8 kg dumbbells you know it’s going to be very tough...and lots of tricep dips too! I used to read avidly years ago, but when I hit my 40s and left corporate to bartend for the next 15 years, I fell off the reading wagon, now in my late 50's, back in Corporate after going to school, but I still don't read except books from work book club, work related. I don't have a TV (I stream in something if I want to watch it), so I have no real excuse not be reading. The two books I read from him were just amazing! Love in the Time of Cholera and 100 Years of Solitude. I may just pick up the first one again for nostalgia's sake and re-read it!!

    Caroline you changed my outlook on fitness completely. I've learned to appreciate different forms of training to be a well rounded athlete. I was used to the part of toxic fitness culture that will look down on certain styles (cardio, crossfit etc) of training and only deem strict lifting optimal. Since I came across you I've experimented with HIIT, circuits, strength training and my physique change is just a byproduct of that. My mindset change is what I consider a true win. Now I dont panic when gyms are closed down again because I have my body to rely on. Thank you ❤❤❤

Caroline, I’m sure you’re aware by now the massive, positive impact you’ve had on so many lives with your dedication and relentless hard work (mental and physical).     Why was that so tough! 45 seconds doing one exercise was a challenge and that 15 seconds of rest flew by too quickly.
    At the start of every first set I thought “oh yeah I got this” . By the second set I thought “oh my, I don’t know if I got this after all”. By the third set it was pure will and determination. When the “Halfway” graphic appeared at 15 minutes in I thought “omg, we are only halfway!” But my arms are feeling great afterwards! Seeing some great results and definition in my arms like I’ve never seen before. Caroline knows what she’s doing….best trainer ever. I don’t watch any other TH-cam fitness videos anymore. There is no need to stray from Caroline’s channel. She’s got it all and the results are amazing if you stick with it consistently.

    I always feel these upper body workouts are so good for the core muscles too.
    Is it just me, I am very aware that, as my muscles are getting stronger, that all my old aches and pains have disappeared - what a great free bonus :)

    Epic Heat Day 16 completed. Holy frog, my triceps are my weakness. The most challenging exercises are always the tricep ones for me. I have SpongeBob arms. I thought I wouldn't survive that finisher but here I am. My arms were trembling when I was waving back at Caroline at the end. See you tomorrow folks, have a good day!

      Triceps are so my weakness too. Everything else seems to have improved faster, even the abs, which is unconceivable. I keep at it though.

    Oh my, those tricep dips, jeez I struggled with them today, I thought to motivate myself, I was counting and my target was 10, or failure. I used a variety of weights, 9kg and 5kg and had 3kg but decided to just push harder. I then went for a 5km jog with 500M sprints. Feeling great and pumped, Thank you Caroline, can't wait for tomorrow. 💖💪💥

    Loved this work out. Was stoked to use 8kg for this - feel like i am finally getting some more strength! That finisher OMG!! Thank you so much Caroline - another amazing, challenging work out!!     Good morning everyone I have just completed this workout 💪 😀 Caroline you are absolutely amazing you give out the ultimate workouts this is what I have been looking ever since my confidence was ripped away from me by my ex partner who was extremely abuse physically mentally and emotionally.     Last week I was sick, so I could not take part in all of the sessions. That was a little sad, because it was a leg heavy week which I love. But now I am feeling well again, and SO ready to hit my shoulders and triceps! Trying to fall in love with upper body workouts, and Caroline is taking me there:)))

    17th July, 2023.
    I think I've gotten superlatively stronger than I used to be. I used 9kgs and 13.5kgs (for shoulders, though I dropped some sets to 9kgs).
    This was a sweet burner. I'll return to Epic Heat surely in the future and compare future weights with what I used today.

    Had an a-la-carte workout regimen this morn;
    ✅this WO - LOVED IT!!! Shoulders + tri = my weaknesses.
    ✅15-min standing arms and core
    ✅20-min jumping jacks
    Absolutely loving the Heat series!
    ✅4/26 - the hardest sequence was the shoulder press to the dips. 🔥 I figured out real quickly how much shoulders are worked during tricep dips.

    Caroline you are my inspiration and the reason I look forward to working out and I enjoy it even though it’s painful but it’s so worth it looking in the mirror and seeing my results. My arms were first to get toned and now I’m seeing results in my legs but I have a way to go til I get to where I want to be but I’m loving the journey to get there thanks to Caroline!! I must have 20 videos saved of hers on Pinterest and I'm getting more! Love her!!

    THis one was a good one! Shoulders are hard for me with the old injury where I have pins, which in my earlier years of lift weights didn't bother me, but with age, continued workouts and now a torn Rotator cuff in that same shoulder and possibly now in the other, Shoulders and pushups are hard. BUT, I do them and modify when needed! These workouts have been seriously saving me in these last near 8 months.

    I started Caroline's workouts in July of 2020 and I have seen better results from doing your workouts at home than I ever saw at the gym! Seriously best ever!

    As always, this was a great selection to work the shoulders and triceps! I am amazed by how my upper body is getting stronger, yet after a bunch of repetitive moves I come to the end powerless! By the time I got to the finisher I barely lifted a finger..
    I mixed weights between 7.5 and 5 kgs!
    I definately feel the burn and the soreness of the muscles to this minute..
