Browns is quite a departure from your Flag rides, Hawes (except for the kitty litter factor) and Somo. Browns is super chill but it can still be fun with some speed (keeping a close eye out for traffic tho). It's a great place to get started...and build confidence in the ability to ride further. It's pretty cool that we have so many different types of riding in this state. Great video as always!!!!
You can't really get lost at Browns if you use Trailforks or similar. Most of the trails interconnect. Its a fun flowy ride experience. If you want to go and log long miles Browns is perfect, but big knobby tires aren't your friend there.
Hawksnest from Granite Mt Trailhead (136th Express) is a beautiful slightly downhill flow trail from the Divide Trail to Browns Ranch Trail. About 3.6 miles or about 15 minutes of real fun!
Agreed. The actual trail signage didn't have ratings, so I just put what they're marked on Trailforks. I definitely think the slab could be blue though.
So glad you posted again. Been looking forward to a new video. Also surprised I haven’t seen a bean peaks vid yet !!

....and yes...at 5:44...that is a trail box. Quite a few of them throughout the park. They put a ton of effort into keeping the trails maintained.
Dude. This place is so pretty. I couldn't get over how green Browns Ranch was. Great video as always bud!

Hardtails are my favorite. Cool trail too.
Always prefer to start at the Pima Dynamite trailhead... That way you're guaranteed to finish on a downhill!
There's a lot of horse property just to the east - thus the fertilizer along the trails.

@@mj7791 I think I rode right past it, I recall seeing a sign for Hawksnest. Will keep that one in mind for next time!
that slab looked far to easy for a black.

@@DonaldRidesBikes still looked like a blast.
