The studio is soo awesome! I really love that it doesn't look brand new, rather it looks like it's been there for 15-20-30 years. It's got a nostalgic 80/90's Japan feeling. I'm quite annoyed by the fact that I can't go back in time to experience the 80's there.
Crazy seeing how much this channel has grown over the years! Nice work Chris! Anyone else been here since the beginning??
Yes been here since the begginning my account however have not been
Been watching him since I was 13 or so. I'm 22 now lol.
I been here since his Fuck Sake video!
Started watching like 5 years ago. Does that count?
@@nathansmith116 absolutely
I'd love to see an interview series where Chris as a bartender interviews his guests as they sit down for some drinks! Really cool set, I look forward to see what sort of videos will be recorded there in the future!
Imagine he interviewed Ken Watanabe as a bartender? That would be amazing.
Congratulations Chris! This is what success looks like!
yes
yes
Thanks for the kind words mate, much appreciated!
As someone who LIVES for this aesthetic, I am well and truly obsessed
I'm beginning to think Chris's primary goal is for his channel to become large enough to employ Natsuki full-time.
Let’s hope so, Natsuki is a hilarious
The set is honestly incredible, enjoy it man, well deserved
Thanks man! The pressure is on now to put it to good use!
Chris, you shrewd genius. That Gachapon is gonna rake in a ton of money. Zero cost, 100% profit.
Although it would be interesting if guests use it and they find mini Abroad in Japan merch inside.
12:12 this sums it up really nicely、what a stunning studio
Oh wow, channel goals right there. This is so well done. Absolutely incredible work.
I wonder what the Dutch equivalent of this would be?
Did not expect to see you here, my worlds have collided.
A cheese shop probably 😂
Brown bar meets red lights plus a vertical staircase in the background!
haring shop or something idk
Hmm, I'm thinking a traditional Dutch Coffee Shop.... he he he
This is unreal, congrats! Can't wait to see the crazy things you pull off with this new studio.
Chris should place a rigged crane game in his studio just for Connor 😉
Cheers man!
Honestly, I’m so happy for Chris. I feel like this is the first time we’ve seen him this visibly happy. He’s so ecstatic about his new studio he’s practically glowing.
Dear Chris, I have been following you for years. Pausing in the middle of the video to write to you as I am grasping for air. I am so excited and astonished by all the wonderful things you've done. If no one told you this yet, you're a true inspiration and you make people happy.Your studio -even by just watching on my screen- has brought so much nostalgia and joy to me. I hope one day I can visit if that's possible for visitors. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you for bringing happiness to someone who is living the dream through you hehe.
No way, this looks absolutely phenomenal! You and the designers completely knocked it out of the park… I want my own ramen shop!!
Awww seeing Chris being geniune and talking at us like a friend just warms my heart.
*_"Japan is better than Japan"_*_ Natsuki 2k21_
You heard it first folks xD
Connor: Refuses to give Chris 100 yen for a guaranteed transaction.
Also Connor: Gives Chris $500 to gamble on crane games.
Tbf, Chris proceeded to give it away to curious George in a heartbeat
This is unbelievable! Loved to see their reactions. I'm happy for you, Chris, congrats for this huge accomplishment :D
my first thought was "oh god its a dust trap"
that looks so incredibly detailed, its incredible you were able to make your dream studio come to life, I hope this channel continues on for many more years of success
It will be fine, i mean he has those 2 fans above the ramen shop afterall all :)
Congratulations on the new studio and all the success you are having. You have one of the best channels on youtube. the production quality is world class.
Thanks for the kind words man, much appreciated! 🙏
Construction Crew: What do you want?
Chris: I want to fit Japan in one room.
Construction Crew: What?
Chris: You heard me.
Have to say man Chris doing his own thing and having the courage to do simple amazes me and btw i have been because i like your sarcastic humour 😂 and hopefully one i get to experience life in Japan much love from South Africa 🔥
The team who built the studio actually went and got authentic props. That's just incredible work.
I love how Connor just shows up in the drip outfit like a chad and Chris just doesn't even acknowledge it :D
chris probably doesn't know what it is lol
Because Chris is the bigger chad
Conner just trying to show off he got more drip than his one suit after Joey called him out on the podcast :)
He wouldn't notice since Chris himself is wearing The Most Drip Polo
Just looked up the cost of that jacket and wow wtf 2 grand on stock x :0
This set looks like it's straight out of a movie, such high quality. Just wow.
It... Sort of is? Made by people who make sets in movies
@@vandread you are correct.
Takk!
I will never be over Pete's vibe. He radiates fun charismatic energy
gives me a bit of pimento from b99 xD

This is a perfect place for Dr Jelly : The Origin Story
But how are they gonna add the acid toaster bath
How do I like a comments multiple times, because YES!!!!!!
if there isn't a dr jelly spot filmed here I will riot
Chris: "It says Chris's Ramen"
Two of the guys: "woah!"
Connor: "That's shit in'it"
Connor is too posh for manners🙄
It's how we bond in Britain
That is genuinely one of the best studios i have ever seen. The atmosphere of that place is incredible. Good job Chris, i love your content
When you speak to Natsuki in Japanese it makes me smile. It's like all the friendship walls fall and you're better than brothers.
This is absolutely PHENOMENAL. My jaw literally hit the floor, with the aesthetic of this place. Chris this is freakin' amazing man! Probably one of the coolest sets I've ever seen. Absolutely brilliant.
Ive been hearing about this in the podcasts for weeks now and its even way better than you described. This is insane
it really is much more than I thought it would be.
Your studio completely blows my mind. It's incredible. Nothing short of amazing. I'm so happy you've done well enough financially to be able to do this. Such a treat to watch!
This is really amazing. I love how much Chris loves natsuki. He's like no you pay for it yourself to others then is putting money in for natsuki
They look like they have such a great friendship
I love their friendship. It's so wholesome and adorable!
This is genuinely the most detailed and most impressive dedicated filming space I've probably ever seen from a TH-camr. Absolutely stunning.
This is absolutely amazing man! Just be sure Natsuki won’t be hanging out there 24/7….
Perhaps Natsuki will convert his salon into a Showa era barber shop...
Find Natsuki passed out in "alley"😲- Realism
@@Spangletiger I’d like to see that.
@@dickrichardson1139 Too much biiru! 😂👍
@@adams3560 Natsuki's old rock band rival's bar would fit in nicely too. Pretty sure that was featured in one of Chris Broad's videos.
Nice! Vintage/retro aesthetics are always cool.
I adore all the totally different energies of Chris's friends with Chris, their genuine reactions just *chef kiss*. This is amazing and I am genuinely excited for you and your channel! Congrats! I can't imagine anyone more worthy than you, Chris!
Conor still triggered about no hotel lol
I remember watching Chris’ first videos for high school Japanese projects back in 2013. It’s amazing how far he’s come since filming his videos in his first JET provided apartment!
So when are we getting a Trash Taste episode filmed in this studio?
Started from a JET teacher talking about culture shock in his apartment interrupted by bird noises, now he's here.
Quoting Connor: "So proud of you, boi."
Pete is always very nice and engaging seems like a rad guy
I don’t know what It is. But seeing Chris dying laughing in the behind the scenes party makes me smile. Chris! Congratulations man on this achievement and I cannot wait for all the new videos that will occur here!!!
Now chris could simulate how it feels to be a normal japanese worker getting overworked
Just check out Chris´ first Journey Across Japan, when he was cycling, filming and editing until 4 in the morning. At the end he was almost near death 💀
