Glad to hear.
Is this an accumulator for the ABC or is this for the power steering? I keep getting two different parts unless they are one in the same
@@moniquejalbert1413 should be the same part. Mercedes dealer sells it.
Do you perhabs have some video of the sound it makes?
I think its the pulsation dampener but cant find any videos of the sound of it
@@Jerry.V I don’t, its more of a feeling than sound, kind if like bad motor mounts but only around 1500 rpm.
@@DEEuroworks weird question, but does it also make kind of a whining (supercharger whining) noice when driving low rpm? (Below 2500 rpm)
@@Jerry.V hard to tell without seeing your car, but most likely.
@@DEEuroworks yeah true, but what I ment when you replaced it, did it make that kind of sound
@@Jerry.V Yes.
So if theres vibration and that skretching sound at low RPM is the pulsation dampener?
The pump might be bad too too if it’s making noise too, but if it’s mostly vibration, typically motor mounts or the dampener
@@DEEuroworks so I replaced the pump that's on the front driver side, some of the noise went away, but I still hear a small noise at low RPM when I stop at a light and when I turn on the car I hear that scratch noise. Also after I replaced the pump I was touching it and I felt the vibration on the lines and pump
@@edgarquinonez7864 did you use a new oem pump?
@@DEEuroworks yeah I did brand new from mercedes, for what I'm reading and the symptoms I feel like the pulsation dampener is bad too
@@edgarquinonez7864 ok. New pump typically comes with the dampener on it. Was it on it?
