That could hardly happen in football (although the Franch football players this time, almost pulled off the same trick at the last World cup against Argentina) still it could hardly happen like this in football. That's why rugby is such a great sport.

That second half was the best half of rugby the French ever played.
It was an unbelievable 2nd half from France. In the space of 20 mins the French turned into an unstoppable wrecking ball and hammered the All Blacks. If Jonah wasn’t there that day, the carnage would’ve been worse.

It was a real shame that it wasn't the final, which was a real anti climax after that.

Teams play above their ability against the All Blacks ,and unfortunatley for them they usually loose the next game.
French gave their all this day, playing agains't the best team by far, Australian winning the cup wasn't even a concern to us.
