I agree) have you ever participated? By the way, with this new feature call Blender App, I think there’s a lot of new possibilities for you as a developer, I'm right?)
@@bohdandonchyk I imagine there will be even more opportunity for blender devs with the Blender App. Super cool stuff coming down the pipeline for sure! I have not presented at the lightning series but I would delight in the opportunity if I get to attend a conference live.
1:18:21 This man decided to take the bull by the horns and made the entire API non-cryptic to a level you can customize your own nodes to export your very own VISUAL scripted Addon. (Standing ovation). Amazing!!
What happens around 1:28:50 (ish) it suddenly jumps from the Polygoniq talk toa talk about OSM? So it misses the end of Polygoniq and the beginning of OSM
I came to comments looking for timestamps but with your encouragement, I decided to heavily skim by like 40-200 second intervals. I assume you did not watch the whole thing but I believe that is accurate. The second to last one mentions OSM; I did not watch it because I'm not interested but I believe it would count as a talk, even if it is in context of what's being done with a developmental update of an addon/extension.
I love the lightning series. Very cool stuff from indies and small studios

These are brilliant. Nice idea to have everyone present one after another too.

Nice to see the legacy Blender Game Engine getting some attention again, even after its unfortunate removal from Blender.
I'm new to blender but I wish one day I'll be invited to this kinda conference to talk about my experience in VFX
I think the majority of guests aren't invited, but sign up to give talks on their experiences.
That's correct, it's open stage, just be quick to let whoever manages the lightning talk know.
Great honest talks showcasing how many bugs there really are when you're actually working with Blender and Cycles! 🤣
Pataz, hell yeah! They made my favorite Blender movie (Glass half-full)
26:37 Anyone have any more info for me on how I can do this???
What happened after 1:28:50
That would be GREAT!!!!

So it misses the end of Polygoniq and the beginning of OSM
So there wasn't any talks between Polygoniq and OSM? :P That's a relief at least.
@@Lattamonsteri I have no idea, I wasn't there, there might have been.
WOAH! Rocket stuff!!!
Well, Beamng to Blender export?? Sign me in!!

Blender community is awesomely culturally BROAD 🖤😎✌️
So the answer for the DropBox shambles I got - was to use "SyncThing"
The hd cable is bad
Every thing is good; minus the skulls and...
this is nothing but a commercials compilation... these ARE NOT """talks"""
