I just stumbled across your channel, and must say I'm glad I did! I hope you stick with it and put some more video's out. You are obviously very knowledgeable, and I like your style. It was refreshing to see a youtuber baton reasonable size wood, instead of a big thick log the knife barely spans. I have no problem with those who like to baton, to each their own, and at times it's just easier and quicker, like when making a bow drill hearth board or a quick feather stick, but damn, a little common sense goes a long way. Just because you can, doesn't necessarily mean you should. God job. I enjoyed it, and will be going through your other videos.
I've been field dressing big game for 45 years. Last year I used my new Genesis to field dress my elk and deer. It's now my go to knife for that. Very good video. Your thoughts are all very good ones.
Just found you're channel. I have a battle horse bushcrafter I've used it for many years. With zero issues. And I picked the Genesis yesterday. Good video subbed
I got mine 2nt hand, the guy i got it from had it as a WALL hanger!! I got it from him for 100.00 minus the ferro rod loop.. i couldnt walk away feom a deal like that.. I have an Ontario s p 8 I use to process wood down smaller if i need it, but other than that I use my LT Wright Genesis for all camping Bushcraft tasks.. keep up the good work my friend
I subbed. Nice vid. The first lt I bought was the bushcrafter mark 2, which is similar to this but slightly larger. I also have the lagom and the pout. All very high quality.
I also like the look of this collaboration between L.T. Wright and Craig Caudill, just not sure I want one this long. Might consider a saber grind though. I’m beginning to think it might be the best of both worlds. naturereliancestore.org/collections/frontpage/products/shemanese-long-knife
New sub! Great review on the Genesis. I placed an order with Smoky Mountain Knifeworks for one, yesterday. I really like your fire steel. Any chance you’d make another to sell? Finally, I like the advice about preparing your soul....that’s always good advice.
Thanks! I’ll have to pass on the ferro rod. I do urge you to make one though. It’s not hard. An old antler, drill bit and 5 min epoxy is all you need. Puts a personal touch to your knife as well!
Great video!! LT Wright knives are some of the very best.

Great review, like the honesty and the intro music too!
Greetings from Utah :-) Helpful video, thanks!
Great review, Jeff! We're glad you are enjoying the Genesis.
LT Wright Handcrafted Knives hey guys I just got my genesis a few weeks ago and I love it! Most beautiful knife I’ve ever seen. Y’all rock.

I can’t believe you have only 64 subscribers, I thought your review was excellent!! Keep up the good work.
When you first start out on TH-cam it's very hard to get subs till you hit that 200 mark. He'll get there. Just takes time.

Good video. I have two L.T. Wright knives, there good blades for sure. I'm considering a Genesis but haven't made up my mind on flat or scandi grind.

Handsome blade
Hey man I have many jre sheaths. All I've ever done to them is put mink oil on them. It waterproofs the sheath and softens it.
Great video buddy!
