Thx Ryan! Great home. The only killer to San Tan Valley is the one lane each way to & from these homes. Rush hours are a nightmare.

Thanks for watching. I thought they were widening the street when I was there. Maybe I'm wrong... But yeah. That's no fun. I'm sure they will develop the infrastructure to deal with the traffic sooner than later... Hopefully..
