How much do you need to close the aperture to get better image quality?

I didn't buy it because of the quality of the picture.
But the answer is aperture f4.0 and above.
This improves image quality, but is not useful.

is the vignetting bad? the photos in the video in apsc mode or non-crop mode?

1.1x magnification is good for close objects.
1.3x magnification is good for distant objects.
