Cool! My shader works, but not like in your video, everything is blurry, there are no UI elements on top of this blurry background. Maybe I need to enable something in the graphics settings? I have version 2022
Hmm, is everything blurry? This fullscreen shader is designed to blur the entire screen and isn't related to the UI. Sometimes, other custom shaders can interfere and prevent your shader from working properly. can you test it in an empty project? if you want to blur the UI, I only have a video for URP: th-cam.com/video/CFcGRE1DJRQ/w-d-xo.html Thanks!
@ Well look, I want to implement blur in the main menu, I need the whole screen to be blurred, except for one panel on top of this blur, how can I implement this? I can't find any information about this for HDRP anywhere😁
@@antonpiven7941 The only way showcased in this video was with fullscreen blur. As far as I understand, you need to blur the UI, but I don't currently have a solution for this in HDRP. I mentioned a link above for URP. There are some assets in the Asset Store that can achieve this, but they are not free.
Yes, why not! I added the shader to Github you can download it: github.com/GameDevBox/Background-Blur-Unity-HDRP It doesn't have anything special, make sure you did the same step. it could be because of the custom pass so make sure to set it up correctly.
