      Can't beat loading the Lynx up on the car at the end of a long day of tournament fishing!

    Those have lots of accessories, H-rails, baskets, standing rail, sail, bimini . . . start at about $2,700. Thanks for the review by regular guys!

      Yeah the Lynx really is kind of a blank canvas waiting for you to set it up for your style of activity! It is awesome!

      🤣 If Santa is going to drop Hobies down chimneys, I need to get on his "Nice" list!

    I own a couple of Brooklyn kayak…..I might sell mine to buy a couple of these for my wife and I. Stability and light weight…..cost ?

      The Hobie Lynx retails at $2699.00. You should definitely get out and demo one if you have a chance! Figuring out the storage has been the big part for me, once I found the best place for everything, I realized I can carry more than enough and I love it! And the 41 pounds is amazing to load on my car-top rack at the end of a long day of fishing! I have a video up that shows how I rigged the Lynx for my bass tournaments, and a handful of videos fishing on it for our local bass tournament trail.

      @@GirlGoneFishing Well thank you for your time and your knowledge and all this….. i’m surprise you don’t have some promo code to get a discount on these???🤷🏽‍♂️ biggest thing with me is the weight factor mine is pretty heavy they’re close to 80 pounds and I can handle them but my wife can’t that’s why I’m going to really look at these. And the fact that they set up high I really like. Again thank you you have an awesome channel I’ll be watching every time you come on.

      @@normramirez7354 Before Strictly Sail & Kayak started letting me use their demo Lynx, I was fishing from a sit-in Old Town Loon 106. It is only 54 pounds, but I load and unload alone, and even that weight was sometimes challenging. This Lynx is so nice to lift! But they are so hard to find around here, demand is outpacing supply! Thanks for the kind words! :)

      @@GirlGoneFishing Oh thanks for the feedback Melissa definitely got a look into it. I don’t know if you’ve heard of the Brooklyn kayaks they’re not bad but you get what you pay for. Before I bought these I was looking at Hobbie and I just thought they were too expensive. Alot issues with the Brooklyn that I won’t get into right now but watching you guys on this seems pretty stable really quick which I like. I live here in (lake Isabella) California I do a lot of bass and Crappie fishing myself…. My wife doesn’t fish she just like being out there with me.

      @@normramirez7354 It would be handy for California because there is not a lot of places for water to hide for the ramp inspections. I’ve been out there before and failed launch inspection because of a little water inside my boat.

    Where’s the live well going to go?

    • @GirlGoneFishing
      @GirlGoneFishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I fish catch, photograph, and release tournaments using only artificial lures, so I don't use live wells. If you are really interested, I would post your question on the Hobie Fishing facebook page, and maybe they can help.

      The same place as on the Outback I'd guess.

    Damn, that’s a full grown male adult wearing crocs. Notice I did not call him a man, that’s not an accident.

      @GirlGoneFishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, no croc-shaming here! 🤣

    • @tonyg3091
      @tonyg3091 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Crocs add at least 15% to the catch rate.
      It is science.

    That concrete is not good for it

    • @GirlGoneFishing
      @GirlGoneFishing  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is true, although this boat is being marketed as good for river trips, so if it can't handle being dragged over some rocks, then many people are going to be disappointed!
