It's a Calcutta Conquest 200, I'm pretty sure. Pricey reel but worth it imo. If you're wanting something similar that's less expensive, would highly recommend a Tatula 200/300.

I have the hobie lynx and it is so good. The nice part it only weighs 60#s so I use it way more than the heavier kayaks I use to own

The only thing I wouldn't like about that setup is the pedal drive. Can't stand not having reverse. But that's really great model.
it actually does have reverse u pull the red lever for reverse and the green for forward
