నిన్న నేను వాకింగ్ కి వెళ్ళాను మా నాన్నతో. చిన్న ఊరు, ఆవులు, గేదెలు, మధ్య మధ్యలో పాక ఇళ్ళు, పెరటి మొక్కలు, ఊరి మధ్యలో పెద్ద వేప చెట్టు, దాని చుట్టూ కూర్చోవడానికి ఒక అరుగు, ఇళ్ళన్నీ పక్క పక్కనే, ఒకరిని ఒకరు పలకరించుకుంటూ.. ఆ చోటు వదిలి రావాలనిపించలేదు. ప్రశాంతంగా హాయిగా అనిపించింది. ఇంకో విషయం ఏంటంటే, మనుషులందరం చిన్న కుటుంబాలుగా, ఒక చిన్న ఊరిగా అలా ఏర్పడడంలో ఆ పలకరింపుల్లో, ఒకరికి ఒకరు అలా తారసపడుతూ ఉండడంలో ఎంతో భద్రత అనిపిస్తుంది జీవితానికి. రాత్రంతా హాయిగా నిద్ర పట్టేసింది.
మీరు చూపించిన ఈ అపార్ట్మెంట్ ఓ అందమైన వల. ఆ వలలో ఓ నెల రోజులు గడిపి, ఊపిరాడక పరిగెత్తుకుని మా అమ్మ నాన్నల దగ్గరికి వచ్చేసాను అన్నీ అక్కడే వదిలేసి. ఆ వచ్చే చివరి రోజు ఆ గల్లీల్లోంచి బయటికొస్తూ అనుభవించిన నరకం వర్ణించాలంటే వెయ్యి పేజీల పుస్తకం అవుతుంది. ఆ ఐటీ నరకంలో పలకరించిన మనిషి లేడు, ఆ వీధుల్లో పక్కవాడని పట్టించుకునే ఖాళీ లేదు. మా ఊర్లో నిన్న ఊరంతా వాకంగ్ చేస్తూ ఉంటే అన్ని ఇళ్ళ తలుపులూ తెరిచే ఉండడం గమనించాను, అందరూ అందరికీ తెలిసిన ఛాన్స్ ఉన్నచోట క్రైమ్ కి ఛాన్స్ చాలా తక్కువ. మీరు చూపించిన ఈ కాంక్కీట్ జంగిల్ లో మూసి ఉన్న ఆ తలుపుల వెనుక ఏ మారణ హోమం జరుగుతోందో ఎవరికి తెలుసు? ఈమధ్య కాలంలో వైజాగ్లో ఆదిత్య ఫార్చ్యూన్ అనే అపార్ట్మెంట్ లో తల్లి, తండ్రి, తమ్ముడుని చంపేసి, తను కూడా సూసైడ్ చేసుకున్నాడు ఒక అబ్బాయి. తెల్లారి ఇంట్లోంచి పొగలు వస్తుంటె తప్ప నలుగురికీ తెలియలేదు.
అభివృద్ధి ఎటువైపుగా జరుగుతోంది అనే ప్రశ్న వేసుకోని యువత, బంగారు భవిష్యత్ నిర్మించుకోగలుగుతుందా?
ఒక మంచి స్సఏహితుడు ఉండేవాడు ఊర్లో.. ఓ చిన్న షాపు నడుపుకుంటూ, పుస్తకాలు చదువుతూ, ఏ విషయం గురించి ప్రశ్న అడిగినా చక్కటి జవాబు దొరికేది, వాడితో మాట్లాడుతుంటే హాయిగా ఉండేది, ఏదైనా సమస్య వస్తే చెప్పుకోవడానికి ఒకరున్నారు అనేంత మనోధైర్యం నాకు ఉండేది వాడి వల్ల. ఇప్పుడు వాడిని ఆ కాంక్రీట్ జంగిల్ లాక్కెళ్ళిపోయింది, నేను ఒంటరిగా అయిపోయాను. ఊర్లో డబ్బులు ఏమీ రావట్లేదనీ, మీరు చూపించిన ఈ అపార్ట్మెంట్స్ సేల్స్ టీమ్ లో జేరిపోయాడు. ఇక కదిలిస్తే కోట్లల్లో మాటలు తప్ప, ఒకరి కష్టం ఒకరు పంచుకోవడమూ లేదు, 'కలిసి' మాట్లాడుకోవడమూ లేదు.
Finally, I am sure for one thing.. Safety and security to life is ultimate .. And "Security" doesn't mean financial security. Safety for life comes with togetherness but not with finance.

I absolutely loved prestige high fields, Somehow my wife is not inclined due to lack of dedicated utility balcony space, which is why I didn’t go for it.

Picture is beautiful. How much time you are there? It’s totally away from outside. Ofcourse inside u find Ratnadeep good shop, one ICICI ATM, one medical shop and evening doctors, along with club house. But club house rush is less. One thing I observed that for any necessity other than above you need to move out of it more than 4km. In rainy season the main road fill with water and driving is difficult. Nowadays little water problem is there and electricity bill is designed on their local aap. Charges has to be paid as per their aap. Those who want to be away from public life can find it good place. Daily we have to see same pictures and senary. For IT professionals it is good in all respects, Because their habits are different . This venture is best with more space among all of their ventures as per the talk of some visitors.

Just happened to see your vedio. Outside is superb no doubt but inside your falt room sizes are small. Very difficult to move around. But due to commercial elements you have to compromise. If you have land then only you can have luxury of having big n spacious rooms.
Ha ha 😂 I now just realised that it looks smaller in the video than actual. The carpet area is about 900sqft of 1283sqft. let me post another video with the interior then you would find the difference 🙂

Unless it is really necessary and he never dream to sell out as resale value would be far less from purchase price I think it's not worth to spend such huge amount. Also try to give ball point figure if not exact for future buyers.

I have seen this project. There is no utility room present.they said both kitchen and utility room are the same and no much ventilation like an open window.Need to dry out the clothes in the balcony. So I withdraw my decision to buy it.

At the end of 30-40 years, you will have almost nothing..!!

Not so good as compare to My home constructions, they give more greenery and open places. No separate utility area, and in high rise alwys there should be grill in windows. Safety matters in both rooms kids specially. And in walk areas vehicles are allowed instead of using basement parking for visitors. Not safe at all. In our society except ambulance and grocery store vehicle not a single vehicle is allowed which is a measure safety . And for 2bhk balcony is very small. For tht which i personally feel not worth the investment.
I would suggest you to visit this once, then you will find the difference
Open swimming pool is for decoration purpose only, indoor should be there.
