Omg the HR questions and Tommy’s humiliation gave me great satisfaction. I cannot believe what happened to Raymond! These cliffhangers are crazy.

I hope Raymond makes it. I love him and Lorraine’s relationship. I also thought maybe he’d attempt to connect the timing of the hr complaint to when Carolyn mentioned the man at work to her son but then he just keeled over.
Barb thought they were getting close again?! Bizarre. And his reaction to her confession was also awful. Hard to believe this couple was ever in love.

I thought it was weird that they established that she filed a complaint about Tommy Malto at work but then when the kid mentioned her being afraid of someone at work Tommy, or anyone, didn’t even flinch like she may have been talking about him.
I know he’s not the focus but I feel like my eyeballs would’ve been on him after that statement.

What's the point of showing tommy entering his home and picking up the cat? Was it just to show how alone he is?

His wife was getting on my nerves this episode so much... Something very off about her.
I really hope Raymond survives! Also I think it was a good thing that Rusty instantly began CPR - paints him as a good person and definitely not a killer.

I think its Eugenia! She disapproved of the affair, she was aware of the details about the case where the victim was similarly tied up, she's the least likely suspect, therefore, her being the killer would provide an explosive conclusion to the series!

Yeah, who would take over if Raymond does die? I can’t imagine anyone else would be as capable of leading the prosecution as Raymond

Oh nooooo, it really looks like Raymond is going to be dead and that cannot be good news for Rusty's defense.
Also, the way Carolyn's son answered the questions it really made me think again that he could've killed her. He was super bitter and his attempts to point the finger at Rusty were childish, which of course is expected since he's just a kid.
I loved the way that Tommy was humiliated as a result of Eugenia's testimony. I think he is the one that Carolyn was afraid of at work, not Rusty.

Yea that's the main hint I think they're giving. And I feel Tommy would be too easy. I think she had dirt on someone or was uncovering something. She already had kept evidence from rusty before. So makes sense she didn't tell him. But I believe that's the main clue

Ya know I also felt like Rusty beating up that one dude that kept knocking on his door drunk was unnecessary as well

Raymond may have been preparing to suggest that, but he didn’t get a chance to cross examine the witness

Ok is it just me but is O-T Fagbenle’s accent kind of strange or off? I’m a native English speaker with a keen ear for (especially) American accents and there’s something peculiar about the one he’s putting on for his performance.
I also watched him in The Handmaid’s Tale and never thought this.

I thought so as well and also watched him in Handmaids Tale but it kind of grew on me as time went on

I read a review by a journalist who saw 7 of the episodes and he said he recovers and the whole thing felt unnecessary. Probably just a reason for another cliffhanger.

Yeah that’s where I thought he should go before dropping

Same! It’s so offputting. It’s like something is in his mouth preventing him from speaking clearly. I don’t recall his voice being annoying in The Handmaid’s Tale either. Not sure what he was going for with this take. It seems like a flop for a DA to me. 🤷🏻‍♀

Not just you. It’s distractingly bad, especially playing off Sarsgaard who is imo one of the best working actors today. No idea what he was trying to do with this accent but I can’t believe everyone just let him go through with it lol.

Is he dead ? What do you think. To just drop dead like that ?
