thebucketdatabase uploaded this a while ago, but he deleted it. so i decided to re-upload this.
there are a few differences though:
unlike the first upload, this one is in synch (that was youtubes error though, not his).
also, i edited the audio a little to get rid of the static. it still isn't the best audio, but it is better than the original.
i am guessing the credit for taping this goes to bruce and company from thebucketdatabase, but i'm not sure.
Can't live without BH's music anymore.... he's part of my life.... thank You for exhisting Brian!!!!
Is so true
The first time I watched this video I was at a very very different place in my life. No direction, no hope. Now the future looks bright and life feels great. Yet the emotions from this song remain the same
I will always remember this song from when I used to do drugs...I used to go out to the cliff that overlooked my town and play this while smoking a doob. Not that you need drugs to enhance this beautiful piece...it was just an unforgettable moment, overlooking all the town's lights and beyond. Beautiful.
good to hear ya stopped , well done
If you were at this show, you were blessed.
Because of its quality it feels like it comes from an other world.
this is the best live guitar performance i have ever seen
I agree.
The best
The absolute wailing at 3:23 keeps me coming back time and time again...
This is the best version. The low quality adds to the experience
One of the greatest guitar performances.Buckethead is special being,a truly genius.Thank you very much for your art Buckethead. You did something good for all of our lives.
Buckethead knows how touching the soul of the people with his guitar.....
He seems like a roman sculpture, playing notes, as an immortal and a gateway to the gods.
Nicely said👌👌👌
I wish I could have seen all his praxis performances, they are amazing. Praxis was amazing!
And also his best friend and Bass player Bootsy Collins also said in an interview "Buckethead is the weirdest person I know that doesn't do drugs" :)
This man is something else.
This man is a legend.
I love his music and i love this videoclip.
Thank you.
Idk what it is about bucket, but i feel i power when i listen to him, no past, no future, just the moment, i connect with myself and the world, thank you so much bucket for everything youve done for a lot of us, in tears im writing this
2020 y sigo siendo fanatico de este genio brian patrick (buckethead) no faltes nunca
This is so damn great. A living guitar legend in the making.
2022 Y VUELVO A VER A ESTE GENIO
All Hail Buckethead.
His left hand technique is flawless.
It does look different from other players. I guess his long fingers influenced his left hand style
Hold the guitar at an angle as opposed to horizontal, at the same time don't have your strap loose as fuck and bring it up close like him see how it's on his belly almost to his chest. This gives better range of motions proper grip technique by not cocking your wrist inward like you are arm wrestling. Have your middle knuckles facing outward with your finger tips straight up and down as they push on the strings, Bucky is unfuckwithable, you can't compete with his alien fingers, and whatever level of introvert he is how much talent he was born with, Paul Gilbert as a teacher etc.... He practiced(s) his ass off I'm sure he has lost days and days jammin his heart out if you know what I mean..... Time flies sometimes and I can only imagine the grooves he has just for himself.
@@krmitt5 aside from proper technique like you described, it also helps tremendously with long fingers like he has. Same with Paul Gilbert, long ass fingers but Paul tends to low strap for the cool look. Not that it matters since he has big hands.
The one and only The Mighty Buckethead 😎!!!!!
aren't we all glad we saw this.
hes been a living legend since '89 lol
Wow. Love this so so much. I have no words.
I love love love the yellow raincoat, Ibanez Flying V combo
I've always loved this song. This was one of the things
that made me wanna pick up a guitar and make it cry.
Pinchface on drums baby!
2019 love this ♡ u.u never die bucket...
I love this so much!!
2:13 he is sad.. i can see it in his face.
Caner Sevince I'm so sorry
Caner Sevince I can
I'm right here
Just Luke buckethead
He is feeling intead to be sad
BucketHead OWNS all genres including chicken pickin' country style. He can play everything at genius level.
I'm listening to this metamorphic and mesmerizing Bucket' tune, while watching an episode of Arthur, on PBS; quite by accident.
But the effect is sublime...
I think I'll just practice this way.
Brother.. How I stumbled upon this comment at this exavt moment in my life is amazing... I too am watching this video. I am in the kitchen. My children, are in the next room watching Arthur on PBS. I have both of them in my field of vision. This is why buckethead is who he is. Because even in this odd moment with many intricate similarities, with thw odds of them happening... They still happened. Were never alone. In anything that we do. Arthur. Buckethead. You. Me. Willie Nelsons involved some how. So is Skeletor. Were all one. Here. And there. Everywhere. See.... Even Dr. Seuss makes an appearance....
Sadness and joy at the same time. . too beautiful!
Second to none guitarist. Totally new to his music but I can already tell.
Buckethead was so good in the 90s, he's good now still but father time catches up in the end.
buckethead doesn't need drugs he a guitaraholic.
The melody is just briliant. Thanks for that feels Big B.
He sure seems get some killer sound out this guitar
2:00, the way he gets into the solo, chills

Thank you Buckethead.
Love your videos : ) you are a service to a wonderful cause!
The tone throughout is mind-numbing great. :55 starts it off and you know this is going to be 6 minutes well spent!
I remember stumbling upon Buckethead's music about 10 years ago...he is the most original artist I have come across. Since then, nothing else has even come close.
Просто улёт!
Incredible music
Love his playing
that solo is beautiful
Pure gold.
отличнейшая музыка nice! Спасибо
simply the best
Some videos like this that are a little fuzzy with alot of shadows and light changes make the mask seem to change expression, it's freeky at times.
Awesome!
that was phenomenal lol pinch is sweatin so much
this song rocks my world man
Never seen two musicians vibe like brain and bucket.
this is my fav version
his masks actually give off expressions. Maybe only true fans that worship him can see this :)
I can't get enough of that bend at 3:23
If this was the only thing he ever did, it would have been enough
FUCKING AWESOME VERSION. Pure genius and really cool version of his mask. Thanks for post this, BelieveintheBucket. I never had seen this before. I'll make a video response, check my solo version to the original track if you want. Hope you enjoy,
0 dislikes ! 340 ÷ 0 = infinity hahaha. Buckethead we love you. You are a legend.
+Sam maurya indeed
How can amyone dislike buckethead i just dont get it he is number 1
they're just dumb
Dumb people like simple, shallow music. There's a direct correlation with IQ when it comes to music preference.
he finally has a signature, first form of public music world acceptance i guess
Judge ✨
I love how his mask seems to change with what he plays. I guess you just perceive things differently depending on the song he is playing.
MrRobsworld6 Been noticing that too. Trippy.
Wow you just made buckethead that much greater! I've noticed this as well. Kind of like when he isnt playing its just a blank mask but him playing and you can see the emotions through the mask. frickin crazy!
💖
So awesome that pinchface needs to weaar plastic protection glasses to prevent one of his sticks gets into his eyes.. xD
@heihei2300 actually the genre is buckethead...)
The Shred máster supreme 🎸♥️🎭👄
ohhhhhh yaaaaaaa
@heihei2300 Buckethead has got his own genre
0:32-0:36 he loves what he hears :3
@xmugeninfinitex praxis as a whole is definitely avant-garde, but a couple albums have much more patterned stuff in it, like transmutation and metatron, but why do we have to put music into a genre, I have two genre's, stuff I listen to and stuff I don't listen to :)
Love. Bri
@heihei2300 this is Buckethead.
Buckethead himselft stated that he doesn't use drugs nor alcohol. Clean life.
that was fucking sweet
his fingers man..
Inigual
I've read an interview with Bootsy Collins saying "Buckethead is the weirdest person I know that doesn't do drugs"....where did you read that Buckethead himself said that, I would love to see it
@heihei2300 He's using a single scale.
im sorry to say this but im pretty sure its a ibanez like the one pg has :D
@heihei2300
THIS

BUCKETHEAD!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@heihei2300 its rock fusion!
@heihei2300 it is beyond human comprehension ;)
all buckethead stuff is experimental :P
@yogsotho damn straight brother
2:24 his vein in his hand is huge
Imagine David Gilmour dueling this song with Buckethead
where did you get this?
well what matters is that we have haha
Rogério Portugal 👋
Or just a guy who likes playing guitar and writing with feeling. Everyone has become hooked on this idea that you need drugs to be creative, but I'm afraid that the brain still thinks up neat ideas without the need for drugs.
@BelieveIntheBucket more like just but probably fusion
It´s Buckethead.
