Here's another way to get to Masbate from Cebu and I am glad to share another Barko Vlog for it. We are onboard LCT Milagros of Masbate-based Kho Shipping Lines. It leaves Polambato Port, Bogo City, Cebu at 12 midnight and the return trip from Mintac Port, Cataingan, Masbate is at 12nn daily.
