Happy to share another Barko Vlog! I am proud present this 2024 built, Philippine Made Ferry of Montenegro Shipping Lines Inc. M/V Santa Margarita from Batangas to Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
She along with her sister Santa Alberta and previous "SANTA" series of the company were built locally in San Pedro Shipyard in Dalahican, Lucena City, Quezon.
A proud moment of the Philippine Shipping Industry that yes are capable to build our own ships.

Its good to be back koys at one of the busiest Western Nautical Highway Route.
The Old footbridge was utilize before the pandemic and it has a movable paasenger tube/connector to the ship noong may second floor pa ang PTB. Pero di rin nagamit dahil wala na access from the terminal by itself. Maybe a low floor shuttle service will be the solution for ending long walks especially seniors. May issues din ang exhaust ng Generator ni Margarita, i hope na magpadala ng technician from San Pedro Shipyard since sila yung nag-produce ng vessel. Ingat kuys i hope na makarating ng Marinduque especially before holy week kasi punuan na pasahero on that time❤❤❤
