- The awesome SpongeBob SuperSponge 3 mod I wished to release has finally been released on the 8th of December! This was originally just going to be a music mod with the SuperSponge remixes, but it eventually became an improvement of DZTVE's SpongeBob the Sponge 3 A.I.R mod, mainly in terms of SpongeBob's sprites for now though since Patrick and Squidward are still in development I assume. The ring sound has also been changed to the SuperSponge collect sound, which was a pretty neat touch. Even the Death Egg backgrounds look better in my opinion! Even if I still really like DZTVE's version of the changed backgrounds. The Title Screens have also been improved as well, with JCC3's art replacing the characters and having more fitting backgrounds as well in my opinion. Overall, I'm pretty excited for when this mod gets a more finalized release for me to longplay as well.

Imagine how interesting it would be to play this mod with an added mechanic - SpongeBob can breathe underwater... but when he's out in the air and ground, because he's a sea creature, he has limited time, just like Sonic underwater. When it starts to run out, he'd even look super dehydrated.

The entire second half of the game would be impossible. The Sonic & Knuckles levels don’t have any water at all while every Sonic 3 level does have water
I'd put like water.bubbles or something to make that mechanic work cause 90% of sonics levels don't have water unless it's like 3 or 4 levels but still 😆

I recently had the pleasure of playing a mod and I must say, it was one of the most enjoyable ones I have ever played. Although I experienced a slight issue with the title screen, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the music in the game. I decided to enhance my experience by playing it with my Metal Sonic mod that I had previously customized. The combination of the two mods really made the gameplay even more exciting and memorable. Overall, I had a great time playing this mod and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Sonic games.

Is the title screen not loading?
Combine the custom sonic 3 air title screen mod and copy all the title screen stuff from the mod to the template file of the sonic 3 air custom title screen mod folder then move the template and main folder then boom problem fixed

I'm actually planning on making Jimmy Neutron 3 A.I.R, which will have Jimmy Neutron and Timmy Turner in place of Sonic and Tails.

@@Mariocat99 I'm not sure who would be Knuckles besides the Danny idea, but I know I'll make Jimmy Negatron over Dr. Eggman like I did with my Jimmy Neutron CD mod (and Mr. Crocker could be Eggrobo or a replacement for the Agent Stone mod). I also know I've done Johnny Test over Metal Sonic for the Jimmy Neutron CD mod as well despite it not making as much sense as Jenny kind of.
@sonicthegamer666 anything's possible. Depends on personal choice too at best and see what fits your interest. I must've been thinking of the attack of the toybots sprites. I remember Professor Calamitous has an attack of the toybot sprite. I know Amy maybe a challenge to find out. Unless their is an Amy solution.

i like how they didn't even attempt anything with the Mecha Sonic boss
i mean it could've been a bot from the actual series like the robot from Welcome to the Chum Bucket, Toybob from It's a Spongebob Christmas (who coincidentally looks like Mecha Sonic MK I from Sonic 2), or even a downsized version of Spongebot Steelpants from BFBB. But no, jist put a visor on Spongebob and call it a day

@@jakighcolburnchannel3584 it came from a mod that I've made, which was the Robo SpongeBob from DZTVE's SpongeBob CD mod. Though, it would be nice if you made Mecha Sonic the Robot SpongeBob from the Welcome to the Chum Bucket episode or any other better replacement for him.
For some reason it does not work for me, when I try to import it it just gives a gray screen and it’s not there

They should give it Original The stages based on Bikini Bottom so it doesn't feel like a Sonic 3 Reskin They should also change the badniks and Dr Eggman, You can also change Tails and Knuckles for Characters from the SpongeBob Series, It is just my opinion
The creator of the mod is gonna be planning on making Patrick, Squidward and Plankton for the mod. They were originally in DZTVE's version which this mod is based off of, but they're gonna be added back for JCC3's version of the mod.

The mod is great, but i just feel like instead of reusing the same sprite work from some spongebob game, maybe create some good spongebob sprites of your own or something. I would gladly do the sprites for spongebob since ive made pixel art of spongebob in the sonic art style, but thats just a suggestion.
