So Im a dispatcher at a company in the airport (No not a flight control thing. I manage wheel chair people.) And I have the driest sarcasm and humor imaginable. I have to force myself to laugh at my own bits, because if I didn't my emotionless tone I usually have (I drain the emotion from my voice esp at work so they dont feel im yelling at them in anger or annoyance, rather than just crappy radios.) makes it to where its impossible to tell if I'm serious or not. So I've learned to add a smirk or laugh as to ensure them I'm not being real with the out of pocket things I say. And even than, even with me intentionally adding tells for them, some still ask me "are you serious?" To which I clarify I'm not. Some people are better at this skill and can instantly detect when I'm not being serious. Cause how I say things. For instance when I'm serious I cut to the chase in the most blunt way possible. I'll tell you how it is for better or worse, because I don't believe in lying to people especially friends. I'm the friend you come to only when you want the honest truth for your questions.
First guy very clearly is fake, from my experience women don't like to talk about ex's or make a comparison to them. The only time an ex was ever brought up was my ex girlfriend told me about her bf and that he used to beat her..
Oh because your personal experience? Neat, most people disagree 👍🏻 She sounds like she’s asking her partner to work with her. She identified what she does like, and wants to work on other things. You’d prefer her to just keep it to herself?
