SOMMARTRÄFFEN 2022

Vi åkte upp och filmade lite på Sommarträffen även i år.
"Have you ever heard of the Swedish "Summer meet"?
It’s a precision competition where you walk approximately 18 american miles (20-30 km) with all the gear and ammunition you will use, as well as your rifle on your person. You then shoot almost only unknown distances, up to 1200-1300 meters (Approx 1421 yards),
in pretty harsh terrain also.
On each stage you have to calculate the distance to the target by milling, and using a tool called "truemiller
You will also utilize a map of the area to find all 15 stages that you will shoot during the day.
The competition starts around 07 in the morning and ends when it ends.. usally around 21 in the evening, depending on weather etc.
