      The main reason here is most of the hospital which we see are college run and as Ganesh said they are mainly run using the freelance models

    Dr Shetty is a genius.. Kudos.. I have known this person for long. He actually performed my grandfather's bypass surgery. He is very empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, skilled and a good man.

    This division of labor is very beneficial for junior doctors, as it allows them to learn faster and better. It also creates loyalty to the hospital, as more junior doctors get an opportunity to learn, which will help them advance more quickly than at other hospitals.

    Think School has been my favorite TH-cam channel since my college days, and it continues to inspire me even now! The depth of knowledge and clarity in your videos have taught me so much over the years. I truly appreciate the effort you put into creating such high-quality content. Please consider increasing the frequency of your videoswe can’t get enough of them

    This division of work talked about in the video is one of the 14 principles of management founded by Henrri Fayol
    Those 14 principles are so powerful and effective that it is sad to see that the organisation's are still not applying them
    I can't believe it even in America it's not been followed 😳

    Dr Devi Shetty is not only an excellent doctor but an even better human being. He is compassionate and is full of empathy. He had performed bypass surgery on my father when my father was 77 years old. He voluntarily approved a 50% discount becauae of his age! I have seen him waiving off medical charges of patients who cannot afford. Personally, he had checked me after my 1st heart attack and instead of advising a bypass surgery, as many other doctors would have, he wanted to manage through medication. My first heart attack happened in 1996 and till date I never had a surgery. I am a patient of Narayana Hrudalaya since its inception. I can vouch that Dr Shetty and all his team members never advices unnecessary procedures but only what is needed by the patient!
    I have seen many elderly people touching his feet and revere him like god.

    Why this model won't be used in other surgeries? This can be a biggest revolution for india

    • @ThoughtsofDoctor
      @ThoughtsofDoctor 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      For heart surgeries there are SET OF requirements for CABG SURGERY OR FOR VALVE REPLACEMENT SURGERY. AN HOSPITAL COULD CONTROL THIS PRESET REQUIREMENTS BUT FOR REST OF OTHER SURGERIES LIKE FOR GASTROINTESTINAL SURGERY PRESET ARE THERE BUT CAN VARIATE PATIENT TO PATIENT SO COST SOMETIMES CANNOT BE CONTROLLED AND TO GET THIS SET OF CONTROL IN COST TO COST RATIO TAKES A HUGE TOLL ON THE DIRECTORS OF HOSPITAL AND ON THE SURGEON TOO . THIS IS JUST MY UNDERSTANDING AS A GI SURGEON.

      He is just explaining the process not everything can be done like the factory model.. It sounds all good and easy.. But it is very difficult to implement. Usually it takes lots of manpower and money.. Not everyone can do it.

    • @OverLord3693
      @OverLord3693 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +5

      You do understand that this model highly depends on the large volume of heart surgery patients. If those numbers reduce this model would start filling.
      Simply speaking the demand of a kidney surgeon will be way less than a heart surgeon

    • @Iamdeeptigaur
      @Iamdeeptigaur 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      @Luffyy33 Unfortunately No Economic won't work let me explain while the avg cost of heart surgery is 2.5 to 3 lakhs while most of other common surgery will cost around or less than 1 lakhs, so technically is difficult to build the system for every surgery 😅

    I really have no words for Dr Devi Shetty, he is a remarkable man. Last year my father experienced a heart attack, and was suggested for a by-pass surgery. I was not able to tell that to my father, as I was afraid that he might loose hope, but when we meet Dr Devi Shetty, he told this to my father is such a humble manner, that he was very confident before the surgery.
    Moreover I truly appreciate all the staffs in Narayana. All of them are very much kind and professional about there work.
    Thanks a lot Narayana🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️.

    "I wanted to commend the effort highlighted in this video. It's truly heartwarming to see initiatives aimed at improving children's health. While such efforts are common among major multispeciality hospitals in India, each initiative, including this one, makes a significant impact. These acts of kindness and dedication to providing free surgeries for children demonstrate a strong commitment to community service and healthcare. Kudos to everyone involved for making a difference in these young lives."

    Sir,
    Truly appreciate Dr. Devi shetty's work. I truly heartening to hear that there is a hospital which caters to pateints whom cannot pay the charges of surgery.
    Sir, have you heard of Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevini Chain of hospitals? It the world largest chain of paediatric heart hospitals. They have performed around 30,000 heart surgeries in the past 10 years completely free of cost.
    You will be amazed to check it out!
    Please do a video about it also.

  • @shruthikravula2548

    American doctors do less surgeries because, as their income increases, the tax they pay also increases drastically. So instead of doing more surgeries at less fee, they do a limited number of surgeries with high fees. This way, they also get work life balance. So I think they didn't get shocked seeing narayana hospitals. Actually I think almost all the hospitals follow a similar procedure. No senior doctor looks after the setup of equipment, cleaning them, monitoring patients and all. All due respect to Narayana Health.
