- Hey guys! todays vid is just a quick overview of what it was like for me to rent a motorcycle for the first time. I used riders share and loved it. I tried using twisted road and wouldn't recommend it at all.

CEO here, just wanted to add we get cancellations too, though we try a lot harder to prevent them.
We also have a messaging system so you can message hosts prior to renting and ensure they are available
Hey Troy, thank you for the great feedback and renting on our platform!
Why is it mandatory to use the 3rd party insurance? its not 100.00 its 500 1,000 2,000 which is insane
@@aaronferguson9328those are the deductibles. We found out insurance companies don’t pay or take forever to pay; and that deductibles keep riders from abusing the bikes
I was just about to rent a bike from twisted road.. thanks for the save 👍
You got it man 👍
The bikes are not around me. Like an hour away.
I actually listed my GS on Twisted Road and found that the customers were super shady. Riders Share is more expensive in some ways but the caliber of riders is top notch.
Eagle Rider is wayy more expensive!
After reading some reviews and comments from the company itself, I think that the insurance policies and credit card holds are one of the tools they use to effectively screen out bad risk riders and lower the chances of a renter having a bad experience with someone who won't respect their bike. It seems to work.
Yeah I wanted to rent one on my birthday but when I saw the hold I was like nah im good lost any shot of getting my buisness in the future its not the amount its the principal of it
I will be happy to rent to you guys. I have a ninja 400 with abs.
