I wish our truck was as stacked as yours, or at least carry what mechanics truly need, our snap on guy never has what we need, and it takes several weeks for anything of ours to come in, took almost two months for me to get my air impact gun
Bummer sorry to hear that. I thought most trucks were usually loaded up with inventory. I’ve heard of similar stories to yours of truck never really having inventory and waiting a while to receive product :(
@pablosgarage707 Yeah, it really sucks some days, especially when your in dire need of something or just to warranty something, thankfully I'll be going to school soon for high performance at State Tech, they work with snap on and do 50% to 70% discounts on snap on tools through the school which is lit, I'm still new to the mechanics stuff as I'm actually a senior in high school where I go to school half the day and work in a shop the other half, always loved cars and found this to be my passion, just can't do it when I don't have the tools 😂
That’s awesome keep it up man! I worked on my 68 charger in shop most of my senior year! Auto shop is a lot of fun. Only thing I regret is not getting into the automotive industry right after high school I did some construction work etc… but ended up working in a shop 4 years after graduating from high school lol.
Yeah, I enjoy it too, my junior year, last year cause it's a two year class, I was given a 87 dodge D150 from my uncle, I got it up and running and it sounds so good, it's a dumped exhaust lol
My Snap on guy doesn't really carry much inventory. He never gives any good discounts. Never any gifts after thousands of dollars I've bought of his truck. No free candy, chips, and he is so cheap he never turns the A/C on. We be in there roasting inside that truck. On the other hand my Matco tool guy Nate, man dude he is amazing. Bought my tool box off him along with much other tools. I have a lot of Snap on tools but it would be nice from time to time for your dealer to give a free gift or a discount or something.
I am no longer a mechanic.... but i still buy snap on tools..... so when i was able to bust a ball this year.... i payed it forward..... give my prize to the next guy that busts and doesn't win..... and I busted 2 prize..... but damn.... y'all work so hard... YOU deserve it....
That 3/8s Ratchet at 2:30 With the funky head best ratchet in the game right now I use it every and I work on HD equipment and trucks and chippers If its still there when i'm on the truck i'm snagging it👍thanks again Pablo for another banger✊️
The owner of that shop is doing something right......happy employees. He don't get all mad that the guys are having a break on a tool truck. Employee time like this is better than Any Fake company picnic ( no one really wants to attend on a day off). Guy's, treat that Snap on Dealer Well, you Never will get another like him.
That small green thing is a soldering clamp...helps with soldering. Also the shop I work in has that big 3/4 torque wrench. I use it for torqueing down the bigger bolts on Genie boom lifts and Scissor lifts...Its really nice but heavy af...also costs like $1200
This snap on dealer has his truck loaded up there. I been on a lot of trucks before, I think it’s one of most I’ve seen. Good luck to this young man and be careful about shoplifting on the truck. Hopefully he goes far and does well, seems like nice guy. Good luck.
Hello! A question for US car repairers, are the fastening nuts and bolts of US cars made in your country, such as the engine, transmission and many parts, all measured in inches, or are metric systems used? Do Japanese cars made in the US use metric or inch measurements. SNAP ON is, of course, US tools. the flagship, but of course these tools cost a lot of money, I enjoy watching videos of tinkerers at home in the USA about their garages and tools, how they talk at length about the details of why this key or trick is good to use
It's a mix. Most modern cars, even domestic, use metric fasteners, because they're not produced 100% in the U.S. but quite a bit of equipment uses SAE (fractional) fasteners. But also, older passenger cars are standard, or they have those "close enough, it'll ride" SAE bolts in a metric hole...
I’m not a mechanic but a lot of my friends are so I am always buying snap on stuff through them I love watching your channel but every time I watch it cost me money because I end up buying something lol
Im a fleet mechanic in the uk. That qbond stuff is no joke!! I swear to god it literally repairs everything and its the strongest glue iv ever used. We stuck a cv boot together on our techs galaxy over 2 years ago to see what its do and that thing never ripped again 😂. Its insanely strong stuff and great with the powder u can sand down. I also recommend the muti postion ratchetts ! Got me out the shit on alot of jobs especially hydraulic valve block bolts on dennis garbage trucks
@@pablosgarage707 mine doesn't even have that took him 8 months to get me a long flex head 1/4 ratchet but I order 1 off website the day I order one from him the one on website came in 3 days which took him 8 months
I think that is a soldering tool Hey my snap on guy never does the promo stuff. If you can try to show some part numbers of sets. Thanks enjoy your vid’s
It is. Looks like a nice solid clamp. Bummer that sucks. Promos sometimes make the deal good I usually don’t buy tools off promo lol. Will do 👍 thank you for watching I really appreciate it!
That multi angle rachet has saved my ass on transmission/transfer case bolts. Well worth them and the 1/4 version of it
The green tool h picked up is for soldering wires it holds both strands

10:58 is SODC1GRN Soldering Clamp. Makes soldering wires together easier; holds wires in place and into alignment accurately.
I see thank you! Looks like a nice clamp

It’s pretty sweet. Justin ended up picking it up. Definitely can see it come in handy in tight spaces 👍
Ask the guy how much is a regular battery tester and how long is the warranty
Always fun hanging with the boys on the tool truck! Snap on needs to make a cigar cutter. I would buy it lol. Thanks for posting 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
