Great video Joe and your team. Berrow motors attention to detail especially on car valeting preparation is high quality I purchased my current car from a main franchise dealer no where near as good finish. Keep up your great content and production 👏 👌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m an old businessman approaching 60 successful later in life wish I had had your drive and enthusiasm and confidence at your age Joe I did a little bit in motor trade but ended up in financial services as I found the motor trade exhausting !
Hi. I recently emailed about getting a car transported, but to date have not heard anything from yourselves. I've used another company, but maybe next time ?👍
Great video and content. Good to hear Toby talking and asking questions, seems he is coming out of his shell slowly. I am a big fan of the sirocco's so hopefully your white one sells quickly. The white BMW estate is still around, and I will buy some merch at some point to add to stuff I already have.
Looks like the stock on the farm has gone down?? Please tell me you’ve finally got rid of the dead cars there Joe?? Were it me, I’d stop all external mechanic works until they’re all sorted or disposed off to free up capital….! Love the channel by the way. Weekly’s my favourite as it gives a really good flavour & ‘behind the scenes’ feel. All the best, Colin in Dubai 🐫🐫🐫
The plug in module on the Nextbase GW isn’t a cabin cam, it’s just a regular rear camera it does’t catch the driver or anything like that - both my cars have them…
@@ShiftingMetal The only two I’ve seen are the cabled camera that is mounted to the rear window and the module which plugs into the side of the dash cam, the ones I have are the latter and they definitely don’t have a wide enough fov or an adjustable lens to allow a view of the driver… unless you angle the whole dashcam so that it is picking up basically the pavement on the n/s
Hi Joe. I love the Weekly catch up. It's worse than Coronation St lol. Everything seems to be more Chilled out. So Sorry too hear about Josh's poor leg. Soar dose. 😅🇨🇮
Due to sell my car soon. What is a vehicle score you would not buy? My vehicle score is 820. I wonder what dealers will try to use to bring the offer price down
Another quality weekly fella,🤞🤞 for your possible new premises,oh m btw, received my bm hat quickly ( with complimentary air freshener 😁),great gesture thankyou 👍
Love this channel, really interesting all round content! Really curious as to how a plumber morphed into car sales Joe? Have you covered this topic already, if so I couldn't unearth it. You have built quite a cohesive team around you, mechanics and retailers are very informative and who wouldn't buy a car of Jason! Keep up the good work, great entertainment! I predict a rollicking for some shortly however, I hope you don't play poker Joe!😊
Enjoy these real videos, have you tried selling small camper vans? Big profits coming into summer. Plus they are depreciation proof, great buy for customers. You should try a couple and see how you get on
Always enjoy your content during the week and do like the full video on Saturday, can I ask without causing hassle I hope 😂, what did happen with Jordan and the van seems a shame setting it all up and basically being left, surely someone would like a job near you using it Joe 🎉
@richardsedorski1206 when they first launched. Thats why the amazon logo has a arrow underneath it. If you look it points from.A to Z - reference to books. Gonna say was Bout 1998 maybe
Just viewed your video Joe, which had excellent content, as usual. Read through the comments and noted there were a few 'Moaning Minnies' telling you what you should be showing. What do they expect?.. It's the story of a small working garage, not friggin' Richard Rawlins hollerin' and shouting his way through another carefully scripted episode. Keep on doing what you're doing. Subscribers approching 50'000 now, so the content obviously appeals to many. All the best.
What’s the significance of the long lat co ordinates on the Valeter’s arm. In Belgium ? Also if you are getting more cars that you can buy on your we buy cars why not open it up to trade charge a fee ? I’d go for the sat nav deal fitted but I’m 561 miles away
Hi Joe awesome video! I run a small one man band dealership with a small lot and i am about to expand and employ my first employee. I watched James Sinclair pod and heard you had 9 staff on 45/50k profit. How much are you left with after paying all staff as this is my biggest worry in terms of growing in the long run ? p.s i know this might be personal so even if you can shed some light as a % that will help. thanks
I study companies and people that go bust. First thing I notice they move away from the basic concept of the company. I am noticing the same with yourself. Plodding along doing the same thing day in day out is boring so we want to change. We want to grow and expand as quick as possible. We borrow money and begin to expand and all it takes is a down turn in our business and we still have massive borrowing to pay off. Read a book called the psychology of money and you will get more understanding. I would stay put and renovate/modernise the premises by painting and cleaning the roof tiles and metal roof. This shows attention to detail when you put the drone up and all we see is dirt on the roofs. But if the roofs were spotless then one would think this guy knows his stuff and even tackles bits that are usually unseen. 😉😉
I’ve been in business for over 25 years & self employed for 15. I must say I think your point of view is absolute twoddle! Simple calc required. Lease cost vs number of cars on plot & expected turnover. Do the numbers work or not. Simple! 🙄
@@colinthomas1540 My father owned a hotel in the 80's and I made him a multimillionaire just by studying human behaviour of all the businessmen who visited the place. I noticed its not really about numbers. It is actually all to do with human behaviour. You can do something silly on SM and next day no one comes to your business. No customers and any business will quickly die. Beancounters run our NHS and its a mess but numbers say it should be great. Only trying to help the guy.
I can agree with one point of what you're saying, ie KISS (keep it simple, Stupid) and expanding too quickly can be a mistake. Borrowing money is great if you're using it to make money, rather than for your ego. And the aesthetic of the site isn't as important as you think, look up RS Car Sales, they sell Lambos, Range Rover etc from an old warehouse and gravel yard!
That vehicle score App has the same sort of theme as Clear score....do you think they're trying to condition us for something???...just a thought!! now away to collect my Chinese.
Hahaha, I better phone them up and let them know! My Dad will devastated to know that he didn’t need to work as a plumber until 65 with 2 shot knees and hips 😂

How much margin is there in fuel sales these days? Obviously used to be a petrol forecourt many years ago.
Not much as far as I’m told!
