I've had the Ryobi for about 4 yrs now and I haven't been nice to it. I repair all of my vehicles, my two daughters vehicles, and I sometimes work in a friend's shop doing repairs and engine/trans swaps. It has good power for most bolts. Sometimes it doesn't have the beans but no biggie I just use a breaker bar. It just recently stopped working. I thought I would upgrade to a brushless one but I really didn't want to give up on this one. I took it apart and I found out that a snap ring had come loose under the anvil drum. Popped it back in place greased it up and I was back in business. I really don't see the need of upgrading. This tool is fantastic. It's grimy looking and all the rubber over molding has fallen off but it keeps working making and saving me money👍

A very honest video and I subscribed. I bought this tool awhile back and it will do all 4 wheels on my pickup ( 150 foot pounds ) on same battery for rotating tires. Thanks for an honest review. 🙂👍🇺🇸

I got this thing for like $50 bucks as a combo kit promo (Ryobi) a while back and it was worth every penny.

I got the tool, batter, charger, bag kit at home depot a month ago. Works great. Down the road I'll upgrade to a brushless but for $99, it beats my Bosch impact that only has 133ft/lbs.

ya its a great gun before i had milwaukee i only used one of these but of course it broke long ago haha too many drops into radiator fluid and trans fluid

I have the Ryobi p261 and it work's great for working around the house for when i need for working on my own vehicle's when i dont have acess to an air compressor at home like i do at the shop. but comparing it to the Milwaukee is unfair the Milwaukee of course beat's everything but not all of us can afford a 400.00 to 500.00 dollar electric impact wrench. but when you need a good tool on a budget the Roybi is a good one and it does not wear out quickly like popular belief.

It’s unfair indeed. But he compared the Ryobi to Harbor Freight’s Bauer.

The 2763 prolly put it on at over 500 ft lbs at 5 seconds over the max 300 the ryobi is rated at but I did remove Ford F150 axle nuts torqued to 295 ft lbs and also the dreaded Honda V6 crank pulley bolt with the heavy Lisle 19mm socket. It took a lil bit but it did pull it off I think it's a great tool especially for the price.

ya most likely lol this think hits like a truck i have done a few honda cranks with a regular 19mm impact socket

awesome video. I knew the Ryobi would be better but I would have thought it would have been far more better then the Bauer. But it wasn't. It still is a far better value for the money.

the bauer actually hits a little harder but seems to have less impacts per minute still these are both great tools

Hi do you think it would perform the same on a 1.5aH battery?

  • @gergemall

I also subscribed and I have abused the Ryobi and it’s held up. I may be wrong but I’ve read that it should work just as powerfully with a shorter hour battery . If someone knows the answer to this pleas please comment.

When creating a video always mount your camera! A bouncy camera is extremely annoying to watch, what part of the screen are we to focus on, it is bouncing all over the place. also with the camera mounted you can use both hands.

@@toolsonabudget7763 Thank you for your polite reply. Yes, there are many cellphone mini tripods and mounts. Most cost less than $20.00, I own two. Check Amazon, Walmart, and the like for cellphone tripods. Hope this helps you.

I have the Ryobi and I can't even get lug nuts that intoghtened to 110ft lbs off with it. It's complete garbage.
